Up until now, blockchain's full potential has not been used. It was just last year when bitcoin and blockchain technology boomed so strong. It may look like it's just for the money for now, but someday (i hope it'll be this year, but it's not) we can see this technology in our day to day living.

Agree. I mean, people would exhaust all of the said means in order to earn alternative income. This mindset has been going around for like eternities as having money gives you the capacity to own/buy things. Now, investing into cryptocurrencies or doing services may give you the potential of earning large amounts of profits as compared to other types of investments. But the problem is, with high-reward comes with high-risk. That is why whenever you invest into cryptocurrencies or any instrument, consider it as the money that you are willing to lose.

Yes we can think that really happen but always think also digital currency create for an easy and to save our money with private key like own bank so don't rely and prepare yourself if crypto is for knowledge only in the future like we can't earn here anymore but still enjoy crypto now like do hardwork for big earnings.

Adapting into a digitalised currency may be the ideal form of payment since electric transactions are very convenient. But the problem is, adapting this kind of method would mean chaos for some underdeveloped countries as their level of technology is not compatible as compared to developing/developed countries. Maybe in the inevitable future, bitcoin may be the avenue towards this form of idealism.

I agree completely with you OP. It is not good to see how investors only discuss the day-to-day price value of the charts, without thinking why the price charts move up and down. They move down because the quality of blockchain is not where investors expect it to be. There have been scaling issues, a lot of scams, investors heavily over-valuing worthless ICOs. Most investors ignore these things without looking at the actual tech itself.

To answer your question, this is the way things will be until  the market goes through its proper crash (this dip isn't the proper crash yet). After that, people will look more at fundamentals and less at useless TA.

Can't get yout point, but all what we do here is for money, we invest in ICOs to have more proift (more moeny), we did promote an ICO to get paid (for the money), we did trade its because we want more money!, even in our everyday life, we do to get money! so its not just another way to make money but cryptocurrency is the MONEY! hope y'all get my point.

yes I think so too because from the early year bitcoin came out let's say 4 years ago until now I see almost the same graph. the beginning of the year its price will crash then mid to late year its price back up.

If we are going to used the block chain system as a legal system n transaction in a specific country that could supported by a government I think it would help to lessen the corruption but it would not entirely end the corruption becsse there are still ways for people who uses Bitcoin to deal with hoarding of Bitcoin to somehow manipulate it's price in the market.

There are a lot of businesses people get into just to make money. They way they do it and how ethical they are on the way to success is yet another issue.
Generally the more people are interested in btc, the more development etc and the more adoption with time so I wouldn't necessarily see it as a bad thing.

Another thing is all the scams and ponzi schemes that continuously pop up. Not only people lose money but the reputation of crypto's is being damaged even though it's not the crypto's fault.

It is quite given that in reality there is a lot of opportunities for us to earn in the outside and in the system of cryptocurrency. The thing is it is still up to us if we are going to see it as an opportunity and chance for us to earn and to gain profit. Because it is much more need our action and our support for us to initially make the most out of the given opportunity Bitcoin can give to us.

My start with crypto/btc was that I invested a bit end of November last year. I had a few friends that told me about their small successes and how easy it was to just 'start'. It was indeed quite easy. I started to read and research into btc and every other relevant coin. Whitepapers, teams and such. Then I started to shift focus to the block chain, starting to get a grasp on what could be the future possibilities. I started to get real exited and invested some of my savings in a few projects with (to me) real potential. None of those projects appeared to be alive because of speculation only, mainly because they have a vision and actual plans.

So then I noticed that there are quite a few documentaries. I started to watch them all. A few from 2015, 2016 and 2017. I was disappointed to say the least. Everything was about bitcoin and the value/worth of bitcoin. It was about highs and lows, crashes and deceit. Only a few times the actual potential of the block chain was mentioned. Mostly it was about money.

Right now I am starting to feel like this is just a way to make money. Nothing more nothing less. You buy into btc or other coins and in no way are you really supporting the project, besides maybe adding to the order books at the exchanges with some minor effect until whales decided to take over. I sometimes have some sort of dishonest feeling, like the money I make through buying (and seldom) selling is somehow dirty as it comes from people that simply do less research, bail out or simply already had their take.

I started with high feelings of morality, being part of some new future where block chain would be the next internet. Right now it feels like a rat race where you have to grab as much money as possible before others take it before you or from you.

Not that I am ungrateful. I like many projects because of the team behind it that actually want to change the world. But if I look around me, it is mostly those that are in it to make money, a lot of money....and this money has to come from somewhere right (those that lose money)...

One way kf earning money is by using bitcoin. All you need is to work hard and never everything about the bitcoin. Bitcoin is used for investing and trading to grow your money in a fastest way. It is also one way to help jobless individual who cant find work.

Yes Its right we can make income in cryptocurrency especially bitcoin just simply participating the event coming from forum activities.Theres a lot of finding income not only in crypto, but the question is how long you have an income if your not a crypto member!As far as I know if you joined the crypto world many possiblities will happen not only for the huge income but on how you change your personality as a person and responsible enough by doing a postive post.

My question - or at least the dilemma I am having - is that it mostly seems like it has only one goal and that is to make as much money as possible. But for people that are just getting in it may be confusing because they perceive it as the biggest innovative change of recent years just like I did.

Right now I kinda feel disappointed that to 99% of people invested into crypto it seems to be nothing more that a source of income. A 'get it quick while the party is over' kind of thing.

Yes bitcoin is a new way how to make money and earned profit. Like me Ive almost 9 years employed and i always find a way how to earned extra profit that should not put so much time because of my work.But, when I learned and discovered this forum and joining to signature campaign its nice to see that doing this now im earning money and convert it into cash and I used it  in my daily expenses without affecting my work.

Yes because as of now we have no choice because Bitcoin is not yet widely accepted, most of the time we still need to use FIAT if we are going to buy something. Blockchain technology is not yet fully realized. If Bitcoin/crypto is widely accepted then that will change, but i do not think that this will happen in the near future.
It may take while before we see this happening but I think it will we just need to be patient.

People when saw the crypto for the first time they were wondering what the hell this thing is and they asserted it to the value of USD. That was the very first mistake that happened in the past and for which we see the outcome as is today!

We were the one who made mistake when first sold out the pizza for 10k bitcoins and we were the one who made mistake making great story later on that how pizza boy made millions in few years who had sold the pizza for 10k. That was the shit thing happened and the blockchain's real thing got messed up, the whole idea got covered up and we only saw bitcoin as asset or store value.

There were only few people who understood the idea of blockchain and took the shot to develop it further. Otherwise we would have have never seen he bitcoin that we see today. Off course that is why we are struggling in the advancement of the bitcoin and any crypto service based on the blockchain.

Hopefully this will change as new people will see the hunger of its development.

If you started joining bitcoin in the right way, congratulations to you. Some of your research and reasons quiet good and constructive. Bitcoin is the internet of money this means that bitcoin is a money changing from crypto to actual money. Yes, the price goes high and goes low but the value and the volume will not change only the price change. Unlucky we as the late comers we didn't mate the first time that bitcoin year in starting. But still we have a chance to make some alt coins in this place. Bitcoin is an another way of making money.

Yes, it is another way to make money because working hard in bitcoin gives you more chances of having an opportunity to be profitable. Right now i am thinking that working bitcoin is the only way for me to earn extra income because of its easy access and you will not use your force just to earn. Well I somehow understand what your trying to say. You think that bitcoin is just another way to make money which means that some people use it just to earn money without exerting effort and knowing what really is happening in the world of crypto/ICOs/projects they are involving themselves into. You think that people are only engaging in Bitcoin just to make money alone and not to contribute anything to blockchain. I got it, because of some ponzis and scam that are made by these greedy people, you think money that you get is made from dirty doings by these people, is it the one your trying to say?

Well in my opinion, we can't stop some of these people who only wants to earn money even if they are stepping on some people who also wants to earn money here in bitcoin. These greedy people who takes advantage of some people who thinks that any project in crypto world would be successful and give them good return of investment which only happens to be scam or sometimes succeed at first but at the end still fail as a project. We can't stop them for that for the reason that bitcoin is really a way to make money and everyone is here to make money, even these greedy people are here just to make money. In anything which involve money, there will always be greedy people who would always want every money just for themselves. Just learn how to deal with them and don't let them use you.
