Yes, I think so
Many of my friends tried to earn some money on Internet, in betting, online casino etc. but without success.
Now, they are all very excited with crypto and opportunity to earn some profit here without any work.
It's the same for me.
I tried many different things on Internet like Rev shares, MLM, Forex etc but lost money everywhere.
Now, with crypto, I'm finally making money
I think that probably 99 % of all people here see bitcoin and other crypto as investment.

For me, yes this cryptocurrency is a basically another way to make money or a new source of income. We all know that bitcoin and another cryptocurrency have a high price and most a perfect opportunity to start a new business if you are exploring new kind of business or source of income. I think Yes because in my experience I need a lot of money to help my family . Joining the bitcoin help me to earn money even I'm working . Money that i get cannot survive so I join this to help a lot in everyday. It adds income for my family.

You've made a good point. But then it got me thinking that majority of those who lose money are the ones who have FOMO. When greed comes in, it blinds one to the fact that they are heading towards a loss. Sure, most people are here to make money, but others are here to see the platform come to life.

Mostly it was about money.

Right now I am starting to feel like this is just a way to make money. Nothing more nothing less. You buy into btc or other coins and in no way are you really supporting the project, besides maybe adding to the order books at the exchanges with some minor effect until whales decided to take over. I sometimes have some sort of dishonest feeling, like the money I make through buying (and seldom) selling is somehow dirty as it comes from people that simply do less research, bail out or simply already had their take.

I started with high feelings of morality, being part of some new future where block chain would be the next internet. Right now it feels like a rat race where you have to grab as much money as possible before others take it before you or from you.

He was just trying to look at it from the moral point of view. But in business, people lose and others gain. I respect the OP's stance only when those who lose are deceived or taken advantage of. You cant avoid this one since its being always part of reality of people on being greedy when it comes to money on where they don't really already go to the full essence on creating a good project but rather focusing on how to generate profits into its investors.

In my opinion, to date, the full potential of blockchain has not been used. Only last year when bitcoin and blockchain technology developed rapidly. Maybe In the future we can see this technology in our daily life. It will be needed and more popular.

It's right, the best way to earn money is to invest in your carrier, improve your skill, knowledge, attitude, EQ,... That's way is hard, take long time, but always better than focused on trading crypto-currencies.

Investing in cryptocutrency is always a best one and some time it's small business for the bitcoin traders.
When the price of certain coin is increased in cryptocurrency, the traders will get the profit from this coin.For the phone doing as small business, use is this as like small business.

I am not here for just making money with cryptocurrencies. I patronize cryptocurrencies because I want to adapt the innovations. There are a lot of functions of the cryptocurrency in our economy and society. Most of them are now solving different problems that can't be solve before.

You are right we need proper knowledge ,hard work and patience, because some of the new investors now are not trusting bitcoin because they want to earn in a fastest way they don't even realize that bitcoin is good for long term investment, so every time the value of bitcoin becomes low they cannot endure the situations.
