Bitcoin mining is worth doing, but now mining requires professional equipment and professional management. The investment in a mine also needs a lot of money. Unfortunately, I do not have much money now. If I have the chance, I will try bitcoin mining.

I think, bitcoin mining is still profitable nowadays.
Compared with the cost and the gain for a long term, you will still profit.

bitcoin mining a few years ago is still very valuable but for now it seems bitcoin mining is not very valuable because bitcoin mining is very difficult to get bitcoin and is very expensive cost of electricity required for mining so making bitcoin mining is not worth anymore in some countries.

Doing bitcoin mining for free or through cloud mining I think it's worth it. using a VGA device is also still worth it. If you have to use ASIC MINER is very expensive I feel it will not be worth it because not necessarily we will benefit as much money we have to spend.

Hello guys, I have a friend who told me about BITCOIN MINING.

What do you think? Is it worth it ? Buying Hardwares / Mining Rigs and plus the TIME to be consume.
I'm not even familiar with it , so I'm probably asking for advice on for those old miners.

Electricity here in PH is so expensive. Do you have some tips and tricks?

Thanks in advance guys !  Wink

Yes it is quite expensive to mine bitcoin especially in the Philippines where electricity is like gold. I have a friend who mine bitcoin and uses a special device where you could save electricity while mining bitcoin. Its just like a voltage regulator and you just have to plug in the rig in there and you dont have to worry about electricity bills. You can buy it on any hardwares

for me working bitcoin mining is a long time but definitely you will earn because all the mining sites are legit.

What mining site do you mean is legit? As far as I know most of those mining site who offered service ends up scamming investors money, so I don't know what mining site you are mentioning, regarding to op's question better to think deeper and understand how the market really works as we needed to consider the expenses and the possibility of the outcome, bit if you will do this as investment for long term goal probably you will be able to earn decent after holding your coins.

Of course Bitcoin mining is worth everything it takes, Its not an easy thing to do a it requires technical know how and the hardware required might be expensive too, But Bitcoin is the most valuable coin there is and the returns you will earn from it are high. Its however power consuming to mine BTC, therefore those in countries with high electricity cost might want to consider other options Like trading, as it might be cheaper to trade in he long run in such countries.

Bitcoin mining is worth till some extent and it is not worth for long term. Initially bitcoin mining will fetch good  revenue but in long term its not good enough , more over people should think about good mining programs and check their mining capacity as well.

indeed mining requires additional costs are not small of course so before we do the mining of course we should be able to calculate the profits and losses why done if we suffer losses

Recently, the situation has developed that ordinary people without large investments simply do not benefit from mining, especially bitcoin mining, because the complexity is growing every day.

In my opinion Bitcoin mining when we use it ourselves or buy the hardware or build a small rig, may not be so interesting to me, because we have to think about the total cost we build the cost of building the rig is not to mention the level of whisper of the hardware when we build a rig, the level of damage and maintenance of the goods and the temperature of a rig must be stable or at normal temperature limits so that the hardware is not damaged when run continuously. All that we must consider otherwise we will experience losses not to mention the cost of electricity required for all these tools

bitcoin mining is very profitable if we have a supports tools, such as mining equipment that has a good speed, fast internet connection, and cheap electricity, and bitcoin earnings in get every day quite a lot.
electricity is expensive, but if it mines fast and produces many more bitcoin, I think it's still profitable. buy the fastest mining equipment, so as to increase the mining output also faster.

If mining bitcoin for free I would certainly do it because whatever I get even though it's in the smallest fraction of satoshi I think it's worth it. But I would think a thousand times to do mining with an asic miner, I'm still not sure to spend that much money to buy hardware / mining rig that is very expensive.

basically it depends on your country mainly. Either the electricity is cheap in your country or not and more specifically there should not be the problem of load shedding of electricity. As in Pakistan, electricity is not cheap and there is a problem of load shedding as well. so it will not only be less profitable but also load shedding can cause damage to power supply and other hardware parts of mining rigs.

For me, the mining of bitcoin is becoming increasingly irrelevant. It becomes more difficult to extract, and at the same time spending more energy than usual.

Mining cryptocurrency seems like a no-brainer.

Today, cryptocurrency mining is a little more complicated and involved. With bitcoin the reward is halved every four years.
No matter what you decide to mine, though, you have to account for your setup costs.
On top of building your rig, you also need to realize that you are going to be using quite a lot of power. If you have high power rates, you could end up spending quite a lot to mine coins  especially bitcoin.

There is  no doubt it is worth it but you should learn the basics first including maintenance of equipment. Also, think of it as something that will make you rich in long term.
