NEO would be lucky if it is able to even surpasses Ethereum let alone Bitcoin. I don't think a Chinese coin is going to become the number one cryptocurrency. Plus not to forget the fact that NEO is not completely decentralized and has shown bugs and platform issues many times in the past.

I don't think NEO will bypass Bitcoin in the nearest future. ETH will more likely do it. More than 805 altcoins are on the Ethereum blockchain, and it just costs $500! Unlike NEO which doesn't show any real progress.

Though NEO aims to integrate itself better with the real economy, thus it is positioning itself, at the forefront of blockchain tech with its innate support for digital identity-backed smart contracts, ability to communicate with other blockchain through a cross-chain protocol, and secure communication protocol.

Super duper agree to you Neo cannot surpass bitcoin even it is continue tobe popular in cryptoworld their still few ico project using their platform compare to ethereum that being popular to ico project. I predict that Neo price can be increase high but cannot surpass bitcoin in the future.

No, only not NEO. I consider that not one currency not to a smozha to compete for the first line to BTC. BTC will always tower over all, it is recognized by already many countries in difference from other coins. It is very important indicator. ETH in my opinion more favorable to investments than NEO. He stabler also has more than the potential.

NEO is my biggest crypto holding & i'm extremely bullish on it for the next couple of years. Will it surpass Bitcoin? Who knows....right now that is hard to envision, but it's possible.

NEO doesn't yet have enough market share for this to be possible even though its tipped to be launching up to 100 new projects this year
It would have to contend with Ethereum first which is still way out in front

Its hard to surpass Bitcoin in short term, even Ethereum that become the most popular altcoin still can not surpass BTC yet. In the long term will be any altcoin that possible to surpass BTC but that not NEO, but altcoin that has bigger chance to surpass it is ETH.
