I think it might happen as long as neo is willing to work hard in improving the performance and development of the project it is doing, because now the circulation between bitcoin and neo is far apart, so to make it happen I think it must work really EXTRA HARD and explore all the potential in the team , because I believe neo is reliable.  |

Absolutely, NEO is a good project, but it will not overtake Bitcoin. Moreover, if the SEC allows ETF Bitcoin, then its price will increase as much as it was last year with news about Bitcoin futures. As Bitcoin grows, NEO will also grow, but NEO will not be able to overtake it, just like any other coin. |

That sounds crazy. Neo will not be able to bypass bitcoin and Ethereum. I think neo is a good coin, and can take their place in the top 5 of market capitalization, but to surpass bitcoin - no.

Neo has its own way to surprise investors and technically speaking it might surpass btc but never the price. I still believe that all those altcoins are all dependants to bitcoin.

I owned NEO since last year but I don't really think NEO could surpass Bitcoin's market capital but instead there's possibilities that NEO could surpass Ripple and Ethereum but it's impossible that bitcoin will be on the 2nd place and NEO will be the most valued crypto in the market.
NEO is a good and fast Altcoin but surpassing Bitcoin is impossible.

Yes, gap is too big plus you have to look at adoptions too. Neo is not as popular as btc or even eth at this point. It may reach btc current price if btc reaches 100x its current value but I don't think it would ever surpass btc. |

Kinda true though, for NEO it is just too hard to steal other people's attention from bitcoin or ethereum to NEO. Even majority of people I know only know BTC and a little know ETH too. NEO is just not as popular as these two therefore 1 year is not enough to build reputation especially overtaking ETH and BTC popularity, that's just nearly impossible. |

I think for NEO, it is impossible to cross the price of Bitcoin because in the race ETH has the option to reach the Bitcoin or not we have to wait and see. NEO is the recent company developing full swing in smart contract technology like Ethereum, but it will take a lot of time to cross the Bitcoin price.

Yes, a part. China has repeatedly taken measures to limit the impact of bitcoin and to support its domestic counterparts (NEO). Of course, it's not hard to explain. I appreciate the potential and the devs roadmap is improving under its foundation. But to pass bitcoin is a huge challenge. Can not even in a short time. |

I don't think it will be even though it was in the year 2019. I know that the difference Indigo sell very much with Bitcoin. But I would still think that NOE is a very potentially coin and I am sure will continue to experience an increase in the selling price. And this became a good solution to invest in the long term.

All I can say to you do some search and do it very well for you to have enough knowledge here right now or next year ofcourse will not happen but after 5 or 10 years those altcoins with very solid fundamentald will go to top. |

Although NEO is a very good investment and it also has very good and promising features and it has good supports and great team, but I do not think it can surpass bitcoin in 2019. It will need alot of work and improvement before it can even worth as much as bitcoin and moreover, bitcoin will continue to grow and the price will rise higher and it will still remain the best and most valued crypto.
