Smoking is dangerous to our health. It does not only affect the active smoker but the passive smoker most. Smoking can be stopped by diverting one's attention that is being busy. Explaining also to them thw harmful effects brought by smoking.

First you have to really want to stop for yourself and not because other people want you too. Then take 3g of dry psylocibin mushrooms, that will do the trick. Microdosing is an option as well. Doing sport helps a lot.

Recently I use a nicotine patch. I want to smoke much less. Once I tried cigarettes with herbs that help stop smoking. This is disgusting!

First of thanks for every suggestion. I slowly over the years became a smoker. I became aware of my addiction. I tried quiting several timer, but every time I would come back to it and smoke even more.
I tried two things so far:
1. Fully stoping to smoke 2. Gradually reducing
But it backfired every time. How did you stop?
You can stop smoking by making your self busy with other things. Instead of buying cigarette just buy some candies.

If there's a time to stop smoking just do it in a proper way. There is a government to implement some laws for a smoking free area like in a city proper. Some those people who addicted from smoking she or he decide when to stop smoking.

Think about trying some of these activities: Exercise. Get out of the house for a walk. Chew gum or hard candy. Keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick, or play a game in the QuitGuide app. Drink lots of water. Relax with deep breathing. Go to a movie. Spend time with non-smoking friends and family.

Quitting smoking is not that easy. Smoking is a serious type of addiction. Smokers know that smoking is really bad for their health. But knowing that they can't help themselves but to smoke. Some of the smokers really tried hard to give up this bad habit. But alas! Most of them failed. Because it is not an easy thing to do. Besides, without a good plan, you can not be successful in anything.
Here are some tips to help your self: 1. Try to take part in physical exercise. 2. Try to take part in social activities. 3. Keep yourself busy and try to avoid the thought of smoking. 4. If you having a serious urge try to chew some nicotine added gum. 5. Have a reducing plan for a smoke. Such as 1st week 5 a day, 2nd week 4 per day, 3rd week 3 per day like this. 6. Be honest with yourself.
If you follow above plan you will be successfully able to quit smoking.

I think its not easy to give up smoking in one day. But reducing smoking day by day, one day the person can give up smoking .

I think the best way to stop smoking is to do something that would make you busy or do something else instead of smoking try chewing gum or some candy, I have tried it before and to be honest it really work but you have to reduce your smoking first you can't really quit smoking right away it would take some time.

You stop smoking by : - stop it slowly example 1box a day you take a half on it then gradually tke it once a day a day then later on , try it to alternate to a candy .. or chew a gum.. , most of all if u want to quit smoking u must have the discipline in yourself..

One reason people smoke is that nicotine help them to relax. One you quit, you'll need a new ways or habbit to practice.. There are many option you can exercise to blow off steam. Just do your favorite hobbies like tuning to your favorite music, connect with your friend or treat your self..

I am not a smoker, but I feel how sad and disappointed when our loved ones can not stop smoking. Quitting smoking is not an easy thing, but it does not mean impossible to do. I had time to talk with some people who managed not to smoke and it turns out almost all one voice that intent is the most decisive success of quitting smoking. Be strong in your intentions, convince yourself that you really want to quit smoking. And most importantly remember that the person who loves you is deeply hurt when you can not stop doing that.

Set your mind , have determination to stop smoking . My fathers way to stop smoking , since i was born 1991 , is when he feel he want to take cigarettes , he replace candies or sweets and its effective for him . And until now he never smoke again.

Quiting smoking is not an easy thing to do. Most people would like to do it slowly by minimizing the cigarette in takes they do per day. The say that if we stop it immediately, we will start to feel some sickness. But, the thing is that is wrong. Whenever we decide to stop, we should do it the moment we decide it, there’s no slow just stop it.

It was tying me up in emotional knots, and it wouldn’t let me go. So, I decided to run the problem through the four universal steps of Begin a New Life. As I continued working, I did the following:
Took an honest look at myself. Recognized and acknowledged my part in the problem. Prayed to the Lord for help and power in resisting that part. Began a new life.
