First of thanks for every suggestion. I slowly over the years became a smoker. I became aware of my addiction. I tried quiting several timer, but every time I would come back to it and smoke even more.

I tried two things so far:

1. Fully stoping to smoke
2. Gradually reducing

But it backfired every time. How did you stop?

Hi! When I decided to quit Smoking, I just took out a cigarette from a new pack, looked at it and thought why am I Smoking? Just put the cigarette back into the package and stopped Smoking, Yes, the first time was very difficult but I was patient and after the 1st of the month that the addiction is gone.

I think it is difficult to quit smoking, if you want to quit you should persevere in the smoker and you think smoking is harmful to health.

If you want to do it, you have to do it. Delaying it won’t help.

It's really hard to stop smoking specially when you're so addicted to it. For me think your family, friends first. You can kill them because of your addiction they're the second smoker and it can also give them more severe disease. Every cigarette you smoke can damage your breathing and scars your lungs.

As of now I am a smoker, but little by little I avoid it because my stamina became more weaker. I observe it when I'm playing basketball. And due to basketball I avoid it step by step. So as a smoker my advice to you is to find an inspiration to avoid it and keep yourself busy that you may not think of smoking. Also get away of the things that cause you a lot of stress.

The only way to stop smoking is you should spend all your freetime on other stuffs then you'll forget about the smoking.

Make a lot of exercise it can help you to quit smoking.
One reason people smoke is that the nicotine helps them relax. Once you quit, you’ll need new ways to unwind. There are many options. Tune in to your favorite music, connect with friends, treat yourself to a massage, or make time for a hobby.

I just can share with you my story friends. I was smoking for 4 years whe i were 20. One day I hed to take a part in sport competition in my city, what I had to prepare to. At the same time I realised (after a great party), that I don't want to smoke anymore. These 2 points make me not to smoke.
So, my advice is to make sport and to strive for some sport achievements.

I’m not a smoker but i know some who are smoking. So how to stop smoking?. Simply just think about your health and also your family. Some say it’s not easy to quit smoking but if you really are determined to stop it, you can do it by having self discipline.

Based on what I heard from people who already stopped smoking, they lessen their cigarettes a week/day. For example, usually, they smoke 10 sticks a day, the next day-they are going to smoke only 9, 8 the next-next day and so on until they are not smoking anymore.

I have two siblings who are smokers. They find it hard to stop smoking at first but later on they manage to quit smoking. I asked them how they did it. They told me that every time they feel to smoke they eat candy instead. They did it gradually actually because it would be very hard for them to stop it immediately. It is a good thing that they are not smoking now.

Quitting smoke is depends on your self. Why? because we ourself can help if we want to be smoke free. There are people really quit smoke because they told their self I quit but some people cannot quit. Mind setting is the best of how to quit smoking.

Do not keep cigarettes on you or anywhere else in case of an emergency. If you do, it means you’re doubting your decision. Non-smokers do not need cigarettes. You are already a non-smoker the moment you put out your final cigarette. In fact one of the many joys of being free is not having to worry about having cigarettes and a light on you, of ending that slavery.
