It seems I found out how to burn ixcoin for good The white paper talks about the first 6050 blocks I sent 0.01010101 to the address of block 50 https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ixc/address.dws?xoMJTGYcVcFwmcBHUt2HUfS3Jgvr46kLHv.htmI checked before ad after "blocks": 583029, "miningfund": 447784. 99899998, "blocks": 583030, "miningfund": 447783. 99899998As you can see the f u n d decreased exactly of 1 ixc as usual, so the amount sent didn't change a bit the miners f u n d s. If the first 6050 addresses are invalidated, the amount sent is actually burned. Am I right? Really interesting. I am seeing the 0.01010101 you sent sitting in that address. If those 6050 address are invalidated then yes, you are right. I believe donated

The 580800 ixc are the reward of 96 ixc * 6050 But no, I don’t know how to check the status of that 6050 addresses

Never in that sense. I once (mid 2013) pumped 10 btc into ixc at a big loss running it to 49,000 satoshi just for a test. In late 2013 it ran to around $.50 think but low volume not much dumping. Then ~18 months I think the price ran to $.82 then gradually slowly came back down. Low volume once again except for a 2-3 day period when the lying marketing clown, Jeffery Peterson, I paid and hired said he was testing the market or something like that, so that volume was most likely bot trading. So IXcoin in 9 years has never been pump and dumped. A pump group tried once back in 2013-2014 and I killed their pump in the first few minutes by dropping 100k ixc blocks on their heads. Haha. I could have waited and made a bunch of free easy BTC but I didn’t like the feeling of IXcoin being some typical crypto prostitute. That’s why I am where I am.
Just read the full article. I got one thing to say: bahahahahahaaaa. Thomas had an open invitation to anyone wanting to dump their free mined ixc on him for BTC. He accepted all offers. He never pumped ixc in any way. Never treated anyone with disrespect even when attacked by many and being called a scammer. Back in 2011-2012, Thomas paid more in btc for servers, website, coders, etc than the value of the entire premine, much of it out of his own pocket. Not to mention the entire premine has been returned. Call me crazy, but that sure doesn’t sound like a good way to get rich the easy way. As for the clueless “expert” author of this clown article: —- Brandon [The Expert Clown] Benton is an experienced writer and musician with a varied portfolio and consistent record of live performance. He has written technical books, instructional modules, press releases, course material, and online articles for Reuters, Carnegie Mellon, the United States Department of Defense, FOX, Cambridge Medicine Journal, Orion Asset Management, and more. When he is not writing, he is practicing and producing music in his home studio. He takes pride in teaching himself skills and achieving success through self-education. — Very much your typical crypto “expert”. He should self educate himself some facts before committing blatant libel. [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ixc/#!network the network is fragmented, revealing the existence of two chains. Everything below 0.14.1 is on the old chain. Am I right?
Is it me only that doesn’t get the MarkM galactic milieu and its meaning for real market? Can you help me to understand it? [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

That's a tough one! Which part? We could gather a few dozen people in here to figure it out. I have to admit that after some years I still get lost in his words sometimes (not really a fan of Science Vision themes). Edit: Fiction*

Maybe Eddyc can even make a video about it If we have to spiral up the use of ixc, we need to be among ixc users

Ixcoin needs an international reference, a famous name, a CEO, a Hollywood actor, an influential celebrity to adopt this project. The other functions will be established during the adoption. However because Bitcoin whales would adopt Ixcoin knowing that it is practically a clone, unlike copy.

Note* I write about projects that can do something for society. Now whether this will happen depends not on me, but on the project team. I'm just a writer... DYOR

This is the greatest direct donation to miners ever done https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ixc/block.dws?584367.htm560 IXC !!! Destroyed Well done to whoever did it We just need it repeated 1000 times and we are ok for many years
One thing it could go into a future fork is: 1 ixc miner reward if the amount of miners fund > 210,000 ixc If below, it could be: Reward= 1 * ( amount / 210,000) e.g. the amount left is 105,000 —> R = 1 * (105,000 / 210,000) = 0,5 IXC What do you think? [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

I’m starting to like this new guy. I think it’s a good idea, but I don’t even work here.

You don’t send to a specific address Check the procedure The value is under destroyed = 559 + 1 ixc created = 560 ixc donated
To find the blocks with a donation write nulldata in the explorer

I know, that’s my point - when it becomes simple to donate I’m sure more will donate.

since it's just a simple feature, you could ask the guy who made the explorer to set an address. we can send to it and he will keep a small fee to deposit the amount to ixc fund for miners.
we need to have the figure of Destroyed (donated) coins in evidence in the explorer
this could be a temporary solution, an alternative to the update
In the next update i would like you add a delayed tx feature I explain myself
Doe sends 1000 ixc to to his son's ixc address that is 12. The amount will be available on a specific date, in this case when the son will be 16. The amount will be locked in the chain.
In the meantime there is no coins, no risk of theft.
On the established day, the 1000 ixc will arrive to destination.
Is it possibile?

Yeah, that’s a smart contract. We can do that. Thanks for your input.
