Do not make gambling your livelyhood, It is never a guranteed win, You can loose a lot of money doing it everyday, My suggestion is save a little money here and there and put it back, Plan a day to gamble but do not make it a regular, as you can suffer a great loss!!!

Gambling has many effects, harmful or harmless it depends upon the condition of a gambler but it greatly effect a gambler. The problems are not only with those gamblers who lose continuously but I think the problem starts when a person win twice or thrice in gambling because then he continue to play and don't care that either he win or lose and thus move from a winner to a looser.

I think every consequence of gambling is harmful as I am unable to think of any situation in which I see and can say that the consequences of gambling are harmless. I think the person who wins for the first time in gambling is the most unfortunate person on this planet in my eyes because if he wouldn’t have won, he never would have become a gambling addict.

For me personally, gambling doesn’t support any kind of strategies because strategies are applied on those games only which have the same scenario irrespective of the environment because it can be change as people all the time are change and they are making the environment. Strategies are of some importance in games like football, cricket etc.

When I see people coming with strategies when it comes to gambling, it is not really a bad thing, but the idea of relying on those strategies and expecting that it is going to come with some pretty huge winnings is what actually end up putting some people in the negative position they are in today.

I read somewhere that saying is easy but going through is the real matter,yes it is really hard to control our emotion in the gambling but if we follow the rules of gambling we don't have to do even,just gamble with the affordable money then we no need to worry if we lose or win.

I disagree. I have been gambling for years now and have always seen this as an entertainment rather than actually a way of making money. Unless you are the house or hit a big lucky win you will never win while gambling. I see the money I spend on gambling as entertainment value, sometimes I play somewhere bad I don't like or sometimes I get a bad streak and lose quickly at which times I feel bad but there are times I hit big win and just keep gambling with that amount for months and months. See gambling as a "game" and not a way of making money and you
will have amazing time.

I have created some limitations for gambling which helps me to stay away from the bad effects of gambling.

1. Use that much amount/funds in gambling which you can afford to lose.
2. Only play when you are free from other daily activities.

This helps me a lot, i will advice every other person to do the same to avoid negative effects.

Yep, in reality we can't control our emotion easily especially when we are already in the table playing poker. So as long as you could, better not to gamble anymore it can just give you headache after you having fun in short time. If you can't control your emotion, limit yourself from gambling and prevent yourself from being broke in the future.

What is the good effect of Gambling? It is a game of luck and it is really and pretty addictive especially to people that thinks earning money is easy and quick when gambling your money. Risking your money is common for people for them to earn money too but that does not always work in gambling. Better put a distance or put a limitation to your gambling sessions, that might work depending on you.

It's true that gambling have benifits. It's my favorite spare time activity and it helps me get away from life stress and responsabilities. If there is one thing that gambling has tought me, it would be how to manage my money. During the time i spent gambling, i had wins and losses like any other gambler. As a beginner, i was thursty to play and win, which cost me lots of money. Now i'm more patient and i learned how to managed my money to stay away from debts or enormous losses. I never reached that point when gambling started to affect my social life and my family. I can control myself to avoid all those problems.

Those good benefits are actually something that we tend not to see easily most of the time. When it comes to new friends though, we may say that is the only thing I see and most  of the time, you are making friends who gamble as you do, and you should rather be making friends that will be there to caution you when you are going wrong and not those that will even keep pushing you.

Effects on it? it has only one effect if a person get involved in a gambling, it is addiction. Either you win or lose you will get addicted on it before once you win you will become greedy to have more because you think that  if your lucky on that day you can have more  money.

But if you lose you will think that you have to atleast win one game to become happy which is so hard to do.
