Ok,Im trying to gather more information so that I may better gauge the risks of investment.
 I haven't been able to find anything on XYfindables about the forced buyback of tokens due to SEC violations.
which is why I was asking if there was any information on XYO's website. I want to make sure I have accurate information and do not want to be misinterpreting anything.

The rescission exercise was not forced, it was entirely voluntary on the team's part. Please refer to the full details of the rescission exercise through the amended Form 1-A, which is on the XYO website.

Hey there Shuman, the team has mentioned that until there is clarity on the treatment of cryptocurrency in the U.S., XYO is only available for sale internationally. The good news is, as you referenced, XY has obtained an SEC Reg A+ Equity Qualification

Hey there, I can assure you that you have absolutely nothing to worry about with regards to internal disputes because of the common vision and passion of the team . I can't really tell the exact number of people in the XYO team, but every single one of them brings a lot to the table for the growth and success of this great project.

Hi there, do you know and recommend any good ERC20 if possible decentralised wallet app ? I have BRD wallet, called breadwallett but they are not supporting ERC20 yet, just form May on!?

You should really use a paper wallet for proper security. There is lots of info online about it.
MyEtherWallet have an offline wallet generator you can use. Along with a few others.
