Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Who is their Design House, Who is their FAB, Where are the miners assemble, where is their factory, Who are there? their background and linkedln profile?

Several of those questions go deep into "secret sauce" territory. I honestly don't think they're under any obligation to detail that - largely because it's irrelevant, but also because it is incredibly dangerous to dish that information out. A company background can be fabricated nonsense, and a LinkedIn profile is certainly no measure of legitimacy.

That having been said...as has been pointed out, there are several forum members in the vicinity that can go through and look at the units (I'm in South Africa, otherwise I'd volunteer;) and these guys don't seem to be as cagy about visits as BFL. I second the request for more pics and videos for those that are too far away to visit. Their openness with regards to their physical address and phone contacts also open them up for a legal pounding if this is a blatant scam. Right now I don't think we're in "if it quacks like a duck" territory.

Noticed that the post AMT_Miners mentioned that 5GH/s miners are producing 0.1BTC a day now has been deleted.

That is true, appreciate the support.

Looks like a few of us are close so it will be quickly discovered if they are a scam. They also take credit card payments. Shouldn't be an issue if any major problems appear

28mn running at about 20ghs per chip at about 0.35w.

Although we've decided to go with Bitfurry chips for the smaller miners, and will release those for sale shortly.

AMT_miners can you please tell us the technical details of the chip? Like speed and power consumption.

Will you sell ready to ship devices with the Bitfury chips? If yes at what prices?

When will you tape out your 28nm chip?

We'll start selling a few devices with bitfurry chips yes. They wont be in hand, but will be shipped out within 20 days of the order. We'll put up those units for sale in the next few days. We're looking into the final pricing of it now, the build/chip/shipping cost wont leave us any margin. It'll be more of a "bring a product to market in 3 weeks or less and prove yourselves" type thing. This has alway been an idea for our smaller miners and we've been working with a great design team for the last month who we will partner with on the next few models. (that specific info will be disclosed on Friday, gotta be 100% sure of it first, hope you understand)

28nm will tape out mid october.

In the moment we're not in the office, we're half way around the world working with a great design team on a few new models. Be back in a few weeks, PM me for stuff like that, if I let you in the office than everyone in around philly will wanna come and there is a pretty decent bar in our building...  things will get crazy - someone will get charged with a MUI  Grin Grin  (Mining under the influence- get it) Plus we're just taking over this office, still sharing it with a security system assembly company actually.

I'd love to come visit you guys since I live real close to you. Are you open to a visit? If so what time works best for you guys?

I'll go a step further.  Read and re-read the first post:

Quote
We believe as long as we bring our Miners to market faster and better than most we will develop our brand as a credible, long lasting and hopefully competitive player in the Cryptocurrency mining hardware market. Mining companies have had a control on this market which intern creates a monopoly. It transfers an unfair advantage to the Miner, who after all is the companies consumer. Taking that into account, if we become one of the few companies to take orders and deliver on time and provide decent customer service during the sales process, that alone is worth more in this industry than anything else. Cryptocurrency is not going away anytime soon, and buyer trust will be worth more in the long run.

Notice anything wrong with that?  I do.  "intern"?  I think they mean "in turn".  The whole post looks like it was written by a 7th grader.  Equally concerning...

Perhaps he means "at the moment"?  Maybe English isn't the original poster's strong suit; maybe English is his second language.  Fine, point taken, but....

it is scam.

I have to know. Is there ANYTHING you don't consider to be a scam?

Edit: Not saying one way or another on the OP. I'm watching. Just that bbxx cries scam when somebody announces that the earth will spin on it's axis tomorrow. Or so it seems.

Best way to resolve the questionable address issue is for OP to take a pic of the side of the building they are on, with a piece of paper on the window saying "AMT is here", and post it here.  Otherwise, it does look like a two-storey building with a high-ceiling second floor, so they must be working on the roofdeck (solves miner heat issues).

Butterfly Labs has a different interpretation of the FTC Mail Order Rule.  You do not have a refund option with the BFL Monarch no matter how late they ship.
