If all the market is going down at the same time, including bitcoin and ethereum then you shouldn't worry a lot and keep your tokens in the wallet because it is just a regulary crash and the prices are going to increase back in the future. In only your tokens starts going down and the other coins remain the same then you should probably do some research and find out what is happening. Something wrong could have been happened to the company that owns the token and the price could go down and never increase back.

I’m new to the crypto world, I have some bad experience yet but I’m being educated little-by-little, based on my experience here in crypto world. I notice that some users when they see that bitcoin and ethereum coin had a very bad drop, so does the token, they are selling almost 70% of their holdings of that token. And I have experienced that when the market goes down, so does the token doing some panic sell.  May I ask, is it advisable to sell the tokens you hold, when the price of your token goes really down?
I don't do that because what profit you get if almost 70%of your holdings are down? The you do is hold it and wait the price goes up. Patience is the key but your always panic and sell it you will get nothing but lose.

I HODL, most of the altcoin i'm holding are long term projects that i believe in, In crypto world the up and down movements are normal and i'm used to them - but alas when there are good news/ update from the developers you cant catch the uptrend if you had sold your altcoins.

I generally not selling the tokens or coins i have that haveing an down dip i just wait and hold till you can re-enter or just sell a stake to continue your venture in other projects.

Just looking for the safest and trustable project to invest your money in, there is an saturated market of newcoming bad tokens and this year will be more and more..

It is always hard to sell lower then you bought , but sometimes it is the only right way . Sometimes you realize that one of your tokens is just a ponzi or another scam , and sometimes it happens when it's price already dropped . Well , you may loss 30% at this moment and if you sell this tokens you will fix your losses . But if you l decide to hold it further you probably will loose all your funds invested in this token .

When my token goes hard, I sell or hold base
1. On the potential of the coin in the future base in relation to the roadmap
2. The team of professional/ advisers in the community of the project
3.  If I have a need for fiat during the time the token goes down, I migth sell to meet  immediate need.

Some of the tokens at first is going up and then after a couple of weeks or months it goes down but you can wait to goes up again if you can but sometime the price is stuck to low and takes long period of time to recover that's why you better sell it when the price is high.

Panic sell is the worst decision one should take in any time there is a price correction. Although all depends on individuals perspectives on you made your investment decision.

Do not sell at loss,it is better to hold than to sell your coins and tokens with losing trades. The market will always be recovered from these crashes and the best thing to do when you are trapped with these altcoins is to HOLD until the market has recovered.Because it will only worsen the situation in the market when most of the people are doing panic selling.

Buying into an ICO at a certain price is always risky as when the token becomes available on an exchange more often than not the price will drop as there will be those that will dump their tokens and bonus to earn a profit.

If the project is solid and you believe in it then holding the token long term will see many ups and downs.

At first I used to go crazy panic selling and ultimately lost out so I have learned to hold long term on those coins/tokens/projects I believe are good.

You may do so however it's not very profitable to sell when the price goes down. We should wait for the price to go up before selling. In the crypto world, it's normal for the price to go down especially after experiencing a pump. This is usually just a price correction. There are also occasional dumps now and then. We will lose our money if we choose to sell when to price goes down.

Panic sales are very dangerous. In fact, the reason why some coins fall too fast are those who sell panic. So, if you do not have good reason at the time of falling, I do not recommend you to sell.

It depends what your opinion about future is: to sell something what it's going down usually it's not a good idea (I'd rather buy...).
But of course, if you think that it's going to die, it's better to sell and  forget about it.

it depends if you can afford to loose, and how fast can you recover. If you have enough info of the tokens you have invested then never fear to if it going dip, if you have enough faith on it then you can hold it and sell for your target price. If you know how to swing trade at a dip trend then you can sell it.

So many factors go into this.  Is it a crypto-wide panic sell? What did the tokens cost you? What long-term potential does the token hold?  Has the token just been released from ICO and a pile of bounty tokens have flooded the market?

Of course not because if you did sell your tokens and coins with the market is failing you could lose a lot of opportunity because these coins will grow when the bitcoin's price has started to move upwards all of these altcoins will grow even the worst market situations all of these altcoins will be able to recover from those crashes so strictly recommended to hold if you can.

Not going to sell especially those coins and tokens which has potentials to grow, because i believed these altcoins will give much money compare to bitcoin's price movements. So holding these tokens and coins would be the best thing to do when you are trapped already but whem you still can get out with these coins or when the market is just starting to fall the best thing to do is to stick with bitcoin so you could buyback these altcoins from the dips.
