You haven't lost anything unless you cash out or gave it to a scammer who ran away! Just hodl everything for a few more months and you will see a nice profit. It is likely that all coins will rise unless you only invested in sh**coins. Spread out you portfolio and don't put everything into one basket, majority should be safe coins like btc

How are you actually stressed? Because you are not specific on the type of trade? During ICO or after? Does the crypto traded in totally crashed or abandoned? But anyhow it comes, you might probably rushed without proper and deep research, map not well studied or less skilled about it.
However, don't try to concentrate your total capital on just one crypto for fear of unknown or inevitability just as this. Share your tradings among two or more Cryptos. Always, be prepared going into trading with mind of risk in your mind, and never bite more than what you can shew. Be courageous and move on. once beating, twice shy.

I think it comes down to people not being patient or hodling. Everyone wants to see quick profits and often panic sell, losing a lot of money.

If he had actually taken a loan, I am sure by now he would be more stressed than he is. People get stressful with trading coins when they do not have any knowledge of trading and it is very normal to get emotional and mess up badly. You are not stupid just that you are not well prepared to enter the "battlefield". 13000 might be a big sum for commoners but you know that coins trading make a lot of millionaires out and your losing of 13000 is just a small percentage to them. They might lose more than your losing amount before, they just treat it as a tuition fee for not being well prepare before jumping into the market. At the same time you might also be interested to read up on money management books, no matter how much you can win but you got poor money management you will not go far.

I have tried doing trading in traditional stock market as well tried to do a bit in cryptocurrencies .It all starter very well when water a small amount but soon the loss I got trying to trade was much higher .In the end you have to realise some people aren't very good at trading

Don't worry if you Lose money, see that you don't lose hope and don't lose confidence. I think right now you should take a break from trading because you have lose a big amount and which will boost your emotions and because which you may incur more losses if you prefer trading now. So take a break of 20 to 25 days and then start again from the basics and then slowly move to practise with Simulation trading or paper trading by creating a good trade plan and money management techniques.

I lost around 9k bro simply from the downfall of current trends, i didn't sad but regret alot as its my decision to trust on the buyers, anyway moving on i guess i need to be a full time trader to actually spot the trends quickly and not to lose that much when some exchange doesn't have stop lost that couldn't save your value over a night. FOMO and FUD are too wonderful tools to manipulate crypto market these days it's easy to see coins are being cashing out and nobody wanna buy alts, trading over these period under a so called ATL would be lower, i guess there's no way to gain back your money except time on the coins you lost to get pumped up again.

That's not really healthy for you. I think you should move away from crypto right now and take a little time to rethink if trading crypto is for you or not. You should've stated clearly if you still have those coins or you sold it so people can give helpful tips and not guessing what happened.

This is easier said than done but stop checking the prices during a bearish market.  Your post was on March 5th so I assume you are probably down more than 13k by now.  Don't sell anything and you haven't lost anything.  You may be down right now but could easily be up in a few weeks.  Be strong and stop checking prices until the market is bullish again.
