Is it better to buy during ICO or Market?

If the coin successfully reaches hardcap then it is certain that the price once available in the market will skyrocket, to invest a coin or token of course I will choose both, and usually I prefer to join in ICO and sell in the market.

some months ago last year almost all ICO price was doubled from ICO as the coin/token entered into exchange,But in this year at the moment 99% token/coins price is below from ICO price so try to buy some tokens/coins from market if the project has great potential.

I would say that is better to buy in market, because on ICO you never know if coin will be listed or it will fail. It's much better do do bounty for some ICO and if it's get listed on market then you can buy more or sell your coin that you get from bounty campaign. But if you wanna risk then is best time to buy in early sale when you get 50% more token for same price.

each person has own strategy but for me, if you have researched the market already, you can buy at ICOs time to get more bonus and maybe get devidend which you cant get if buying in the market.

I like to invest in Ico projects , I buy much cheaper than on the stock exchange . When tokens are listed , I sell them with a good margin

I think it is better to buy during ICO, you need not to invest a lot, and if token goes to market you will benefit anyway. I would suggest to invest in Ambit Mining now, it is live, and most probably we will see the coin at the exchanges.

I dont buy huge volumes of tokens so I dont need to take a part in Ico,I just wait when bounty-hunters start selling their reward at prices lower than Ico and then I fill my bags up.

I don't like to invest in ico . These are big risks, if the price on the exchange is lower than the price of the ico, then I buy on the exchange

I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

It depends on the project, if the project is promising; it is better if you will buy on ICO than on exchange because you can earn more bonuses if you will buy on ICO. There are a lot of benefits that you can have if you will buy on ICO.

I think buying during ICO can be of positive or negative in the sense of lots of scam ico out there, but some are good base on the team behind the project and it's use , but I prefer market stage to buy in even after I must has seen it listed in one of the big exchange with good potential of succeed in future, most ico allow airdrop and bounty which also cause most of the ico to go drain after hitting market cos most participate sell off even low price to the ico price cos of it free nature and it has made most people prefer to buy when it dip in market than ico .

Buying a tokens or coins during ICO is very profitable most especially during the presale. Buying in ICO is much cheaper plus the discounts  than buying in the market.

Looking at how you see the market. If you can foresee a successful ICO, then you can invest in it. But even in this case you have to wait a long time, there will be no bubble. But in the market, it is possible to catch the waves.

I think It depends on the potential of a project.SO many ICO will help you double your asset within a few week. If we can make a deeply reseach about this ICO, such as develop team, total supply, ICO price, and their community or how they working in advertisement. If you want to earn money in crypto industry, the primary thing is learning, and learning.

Personally I prefer to buy during the ICOs as the prices are quite cheap at this stage because they are trying to get as much people as possible to invest in their coin for the meantime. I have noticed something else though, when coins first get listed on exchanges, they tend to drop in prices which means that it is possible to get the coins for cheaper but only if you can catch the small window when the prices go down.
