Is it better to buy during ICO or Market?

Very difficult question.  If you participate in the ICO, then you get more coins.  If you are confident in the company, it is better to participate in the ICO.

Best to buy is in ICO Sale but be careful because some are not good project. You need to choose which is the best project before you invest. My one example for best project is PundiX almost 300%  of price increase. If you invested in thier ICO you earned more profit now.

That means that when the coins get listed with their original prices, you can then sell them at that price for a profit because you bought at a low price.

surely there is no investment risk before ICO or not yet in the market and when there is already market, but if already in the market tend to be less risky because one of them men sell token they get with cheap price so that later we get big advantage when price up, if at ICO the risk is greater for fear it's a scam and fails but if success is otherwise will get a huge profit. it is necessary to analyze and view the profile of a company.

I agree.  It is more profitable to invest in ICO and get more coins for the same price.  But I advise you to be cautious, because now there are a lot of scam projects.
