Is it better to buy during ICO or Market?

I would prefer to buy when the altcoin is in the market already because a lot of cases happens where the ICO price is halves when it comes to the market. The price usually pumps when the tokens are distributed already and decrases its value when it stays longer in the market.

I prefer to participate in ICO, because the price of coins is usually cheaper and more coins give.

In the very rare occasions when I know the project is excellent and will be very big, I prefer to invest when hit the market.

From my point of view, It depends on the potential of the project. The ICO project has very good fundamentals and has a bigger chance to succeed and have good reviews from the community. If everyone instilled then purchasing on ICO is the best choice. So you need to apply your criteria and you would think there would be a great spirit after ICO, then it might be a good idea to buy before you see if you see the reverse can be a good idea waiting after ICO.

Some coins are better to buy during ICO when you have researched on the project and you are sure that when the coin list you will make profit while some coins are gud to buy in the market when it has listed. My strategy for buying icos is that I buy coins that are below 6 cents cause most expensive icos dumps in the market

If the project is good and you see a potential of it going wild in the market in the future much better to buy it in ICO phase because in ICO token sale the price are discounted and had some bonuses to their investors where they sale the coins below their ideal ICO price and when the time comes that the coins is distributed and listed in exchange, once it hit the market and have a great performance the value of the ICO price is rises above it's ICO price. I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

It is better to buy in ICO, why? Because in ICO, or presale you can get a bonus when you buy tokens. But if you are smart, you can buy on the marketplace, when someone sell it with a low price it is your chance to buy it, because you believe that coin will pump soon.

Depends on the ISO itself. Many of them lose in price after entering the stock exchange. But this does not apply to everyone and you can leave a part for purchase after ISO.
