Rather than make bogus praises, I think the team and Devs can engage more marketing, attend more Blockchain conferences where alot of cryptocurrency delegates gather, more aggressive campaign would do alot of good for this project just like any other ICO project because it is a competitive game out there.

Hey there , to address your concern ,as I understand the company doesn't try to force people to join, the concept behind the company is to motivate the consumers to provide authentic personal information voluntarily. This is achieved by discounting the middleman involved in the regular format of the industry. The companies pays directly to the consumers for their data they provide, hence generating  a passive income to the consumer. Plus since the companies have to pay via PDATA , they need to acquire the tokens to buy the data from the consumers , hence creasing a demand and supply routine. So the tokens also in turn contribute to motivate people to join
