It depends on coins that you have, there are coin that is useless to hold and the other is good to hold and wait until the price will go higher. So before you hold do some research for your coin if is good to hold.

No it's not, holding is a good decision because some of the tokens that have been release in the market is, the price is too low so the better way or decision you will make is to hold that tokens cause if one day if that token goes hype then that is  the time you should sell your tokens. holding isn't bad at all you just look for a good and better opportunity to have a good income.
