I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?
That's because you've made the wrong investment. Investing to cryptos is like educated guessing since we don't know which one is potent to be profitable after a long period of time or which once will have a high market value after a couple of months or years of holding. Holding is the best thing to do with cryptos. You may consider investing to cryptos with "big" names or those who alreay have a large community of users to atleast have a bigger chance of earning profit.

Now all the Holders probably wake up. The market is slowly unfolding, there is a hope for rapid growth and the return of its investments. Only strong peasants will survive. Many will sell to zero or a small minus. Hodl)

So sorry if you feel that way, sometimes,it can be very annoying to lock your cash on a coin for long and not yield any profit.I think the key is choosing the right token, one with a fairly large and active community, active team member, not some abandoned project.HODLin is good,i can point  a lot of coins that paid off in the long run,I am sure you know alot too.
suggestion? i will pick LTC and SNT.I get communications from SNT of any development via email.

Always learn to know why the coins didn't grow. Might be because of the project itself or maybe the team behind it? You know how market work. You should know the roadmap of the project and it will help you determine the future of the coin.

Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme, most people who did gain wealth were savvy investors who seen the potential very early on, before the scene became mainstream. The others were comprised of a combination of cryptographers, computer programmers, anarchists, and anyone who has a nack for futurology.
If your looking to for gold, you may only find fools gold here. There are some lucrative projects that will most certainly moon. Which ones you say? Even if anyone knew, they wouldn't share openly on a public forum. There's a good book called "Rich dad, Poor dad." It illustrates, as well as highlights the pitfalls that the average joe faces on the road to success.
It doesn't  matter what country your from, it speaks for everyone within a similar predicament.
Practice due diligence, study at the investopedia website, as they provide courses and a wealth of information that is priceless.
You're right when you said bitcoin is not the quick scheme to be rich and this is the reason behind the lost of most investors cause their greediness lead them to skip the necessary precautions in terms of crypto investment but bitcoin is yet to be mainstream and people who get on bitcoin during the blood bath of this year still have better option.

You just picked the wrong coins. Of course, absolutely everything can not grow. We need to monitor the project every day and make decisions. Very often you need to get rid of coins on time. Unfortunately, the crypto market is very risky ..

In my opinion, Holding on to it is not necessary because it does not produce anything, The idea of finding something depends on what you hold. You will do some research on the coins before deciding to get out and by doing that you will know if the coins you keep are still worth keeping.

It depends on the coins you hold. If the token has an impact on the consumer's willingness to buy, the value of the token will increase, but if the token does not bring a trademark to the investor, the negative side will become negative. Its value will never change.

You have to trust and believe in holding cause holding have been the way of crypto currency for years and one thing I learnt so far from cryptocurrency is that history usually repeat it self. With that been said , I believe you're the cause of what happen to you because yo invest into a wrong coin at the wrong time. Next time, invest into coins that's available on various exchange so you can easily swap it into Tether to secure your investment and I will advice you to invest into Eligma ICO for you to recover your lost.

An excellent choice.Status has already given a lot of money to not greedy investors. Always respected experienced investors for their firm adherence to the strategy. Excellent investment in the status

Not to be bitter but whats the difference of Eligma into other projects? Why you do guarantee such project? Non because you are just wearing its signature. Timing is everything here on cryptocurrency market specially on ICO field. Holding isnt bullshit as long you do know whats the potential of such project, sometimes i have seen legitimate projects with good ideas but still failed in the end. Why? because of lack of awareness and marketing been done on the team itself.

you just need to know what you are doing, the coins that you invested your money with are shitcoins. And holding forever doesnt make you any money. You need to have a specific target then sell. You don't have a plan man.

.For me it is the only way to make absurd profits, the daily trading if you are good can make you make money, but who has been hodI btc for 2-3 years has become a millionaire. Now if you can guess the right altcoin, with patience and without haste, in 1/2 years could be worth a lot

If you are in cryptos for easy, fast money. You will be dissapointed, hodling a coin you feel right about because of what you know (technology wise) should make you feel better about hodling.

I recommend setting a specific mark for yourself, at which point you will sell this coin. The main thing - do not be greedy, do not pursue excess profits.

Some times I also few HLOD is B$ because some of my portfolios dropped -95%... but after some thoughts, if you are hloding solid projects, you have no worries, their price will recover when the market recovers, DO NOT invest in $hitcoins because the longer you hlod the more you will lose...

I personally lose a lot on ODN, SEND and UNIFY which I bought when I first join Crypto, that time I thought new coins which small market cap are potential to yield more but in fact i lose more...

This is not a simple yes or no question and can definitely not be generalised to every coin. Coins that have projects behind them that continuously grow and offer something to people are more likely to increase in value than coins with a poor project or product behind them. In the first case its worth holding but in the second its not worthy it.
