Don't blame the holding techniques that everyone used to make some more big profit of doing so since you are holding wrong coins to hold for that long period of time, after a year of holding you should decide if that coins is better holding more months or good to let go since price is not moving at all and try to change it with top coins in markets.

you should hold coin that has a good future , you are lucky enough that the coin you hold has still the same value , and also the year that has pass by 2 to 5 years you did not think that there is nothing will happen on your holdings ? 6 months is enough for you to hold then sell if the price is good .

I would definitely agree that one should only hold those coins where team is very good, project is outstanding with too many investors and community is strong then.

No, if coins may be bullshit, not the holding itself. Long-term coins always give some profit even if they fall down eventually just to rise again. Maybe people just try to hold short-term small alts that rise and fall rapidly, idk. Of course if you find some interesting project, e.g that one, and get its coins it's better to short-term trade them.

Holding it's not a bullshit but in a first place we are too angry sometimes because the coins we hold are it too long to increase the price i think it will be in a year or months before will hit into the price. But if they hit we can get a high profit of that so we need to patient if we need to hold.
