Hold a coin that has a potential and has a good community. The plan of a coin should be good also and unique concept. Check also the team members and their social media if they are active on hyping their coin if not then you  should not HODL that coin because your funds will burn if you continue to hold that coin.

You hold some waste coins that is why you said that holding is bullshit, I think you better pick what to hold so that you will have more profit but if you chose to hold that kind of coins, which is literally no future in this market I think you have wasted your time holding. Maybe you choose an coins that has no potential to grow. Before you hold any coins you should make research and analyzation about the coin you want to hold. You should always check the movement of price of your coins then analyze if there is a possibility that they will go to moon and if not so go dump the coin and try another coins.
