There are many different ways to increase your altcoin stack. Some more risky than others.
1) Trading. Scalp profits whenever you see a coin rise too quickly. Easy profits, but dangerous if it keeps pumping. You gotta learn to do some chart reading to be profitable with this
2) Trading with Leverage - Wont go too much into detail with this one, but it's very risky, however rewards are high.
3) Staking - Staking coins is a fun way to increase your altcoin holdings. As long as the coin is stable in price, it's easy money.
4) Masternodes - Better alternative to staking, since it yields a higher percentage (most of the time). Most masternode projects are trash, so you gotta pick a real winner to be profitable.
If you're looking into staking, or masternodes, you gotta look for a project with a real use case. I'd recommend Stakenet, who's partnered up with LTC, invented Cold Staking, and has multiple services and products on the way.
Masternode as a service, and Masternode monitoring service is handy, in case you're a newbie and don't know much about setting up masternodes.

What I think is to increase altcoin is by trading. I think the trading method will quickly make us have a lot of altcoins and that's the best way from my experience. Regarding hold, I think only certain coins are good when using this method.

At the moment, it is better to buy more promising altcoins whose price is low. You can also try to take part in IEO on top exchange. But I wouldn't buy coins on ICO, because price of such coins falls strongly after listing on exchanges. |

You forgot about IEO. I would say that the most win-win ones will be those who organize their sales through the Binance Launchpad. In addition to acquiring the BNB token itself, which is a good investment step, you will receive lottery tickets for guaranteed participation in IEO.

In addition to the methods in the list, you can increase your coins by investing in a casino bankroll. And I think, investing in casino bankrolls is the best method to use to increase our coins. Then the second recommended method is by trading. Gambling can be another alternative method too, but the risk is also great. |

If you want to stock more you altcoins, then trading would be the best way. Because you can sell you altcoins when it's at high price and buy more on the bottom. With that, you increase the number of your altcoins. |

As practice shows, it is much better if a person manages to use all the available methods to make money on cryptocurrencies.
Now, many people blame mining, but at least it is not as risky as investing. If you live in a place where electricity is not too expensive, it is worth trying to mine.
Trading can give better profits, but here, you risk to lose all the time: it must be considered.

As a trader, the best and most efficient way I normally increase my altcoins is through trading and i also invest in ICO but that is normally once in a while |

Trading is the best option for me on the list provided to increase your altcoins. Buy low, sell high, convert to USDT or other stable coins, buy low again, repeat. That's just the way I roll. But for a few altcoins with great potentials,i hold for the long term. Sometimes holding is profitable but this doesn't increase your altcoins in anyway, just the worth, although sometimes holding is not beneficial.

that's the best way but it's too risky for newbie and i can say OP can try to choose another way just like investing in the promising IEO. Trading can increase our money in a short time but remember it can make us lose our money in a short time too. It's not suitable for the newbies |

It depends on your style and what is your passion. However if you want the most professional way then thou must go in trading wherein it will take you months to fully understand how it's done professionaly. On the other hand if you don't have enough time then invest instead with top cryptocurrency coin in coinmarketcap or just run a Masternode.

The above mentioned are ways to grow your altcoins, but i think all method is risky, and you have to choose only one method to grow your altcoin, but for me, i prefer to choose to hold. If i think that my altcoin would have the chance to shine in the market in the future, hold is the good choice, although it is risky but its good when it has a potential to grow. |

Trading is an effective way to grow your altcoin, but remember before you do this, first make sure that you have expertise in trading, then have a positive attitude, always monitor the price chart, and patience. because patience is an important role in the trade industry.

Trading Altcoins against Bitcoin. I mean. Sell your altcoins, buy Bitcoin, wait. Buy again altcoins with Bitcoin. This strategy works when Bitcoin´s dominance is growing. I have an opinion to increase the assets that I have had to trade altcoin, because the price is still cheap and the potential for growth is still large compared to bitcoin which has become the most expensive digital currency in the world. With small capital, must be smart at finding opportunities. Of course to predict the increase in altcoin cannot be separated from bitcoin. The tendency is if the price of bitcoin rises, the altcoin price will rise. Vice versa. So from that the altcoin potential can be predicted if you continue to observe the price movements of bitcoin. That's my personal opinion. |
