Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Yeah, that's old news and it's legit. Facebook will follow suit as well. There are too many scams in the crypto industry right now and these corporations don't have to do anything to do with it, which is understandable. Until global regulation kicks in, I expect things to stay this way.

I read an article about this please take a look

https://www.financemagnates.com/cryptocurrency/news/exclusive-google-quietly-purging-cryptocurrency-ads-content/

I'm not sure if this is true
what are your idea about this?
I think google will not do not because they actually gain a lot of profit through crypto adds, So better wait for the announcement of the google if they want to truly ban crypto in their site, for now I think it is a fake news so just ignore it and lets continue to become success in crypto industries.

I do not think it is true and I do not think it is something we need to worry about.
This is no false rumor going around at all, I just read the article on coindesk that says that they are planning to indeed ban and blacklist crypto related ads in the near future, whether it’s ICO or wallets.

As we all know that the giants' sites don't want a bad experience for their users, Facebook and Twitter have restricted their ad platform and they don't want it to be used for promoting crypto ICO. Previously, scammers used such platforms to execute their scams and it was painful for everyone so instead of banning scammers, these giants have banned the topic itself. Let's hope that we will see matured policies regarding crypto soon not only from these platforms but also from the government.

he just concluded from half the article when if he read the whole there is a saying that google does not prohibit advertising crypto currency in their flatform. I strongly agree with your opinion, the person posting this topic does not read the article in its entirety

This news is true. We can really accept the fact that so many ICOs that are only created to scam people and sad to know that its reputation has already been destroyed. But they must remember also that through  the very huge number of bitcoin users, ico, bounties, traders, miners and investors,  their company, the google is in progressive everyday.

It may be fake news. Bad news on bitcoin is spread through articles, news channels, etc. These are published with the aim of making fluctuations in the price level of bitcoin. You must always check the current status of bitcoin.Don't believe these kind of fake news.

Today is May 28th  and that piece is a bit old. Yes,Google did say they were gonna stop viewing crypto ads, but crypto is waxing stronger and stronger......
Te crypto world can and is the only force that can really undo itself. External factors like google are inconsequential on the overall performance of Cryptocurrencies.

News have been circulating that google will ban ICO Ads and some crypto Ads but there haven't been any official statement to back up this claim which is why no one is saying that they banned it. The bans are due to these Ads being used to scam unsuspecting users which are interested in investing in the crypto market.

Do not think Google can ban crypto ads, as it generating  lots of profit for them and also crowd to there platform, I feel the news is the media/journalist looking for means to discredit cryptocurrency sector,.

Yes, there was a such but still, they didn't get any action for that. I see some news, that Google going to develop their own blockchain ecosystem. If they introduced such a system, they will combine it to their payment system. Always whales try to create fluctuations in the market to get huge profit.

I don’t think such bans are aimed at influencing the popularity of bitcoin. I think it may be a precaution for fraud and misconduct. Don’t worry

No official news to confirm this.claim till this present moment. I don't see it happening soon anyways Cryptocurrency is and still gaining attention of the world and any mistakes, Google itself might suffer a big loss.

I never heard anything regarding this issue at all until now. But don't know why, i don't think it's true? What's google intention to do that? And why should them?
If it's really true then people will already make a fuss about that, since it will surely affect bitcoin, maybe in negative way. Like when facebook decided to ban anything related to cryptocurrency.
Recently i get more and more ads about cryptocurrency though? So i don't think it's true or going to happen. We'll just wait and see.

I do not know about that. is that true or just a rumor? I am so worried about the future of bitcoin. But I believe that google will not do that. Clearly, I'd better keep focusing on bitcoins instead of thinking about this.
