I have used his pool for years with out issue.

Too bad we are talking about the huge numbers of people not happy with what has transpired with BFL. One person may have had 0 issues but what about the millions of dollars tied up when people are clearly within their legal rights to ask for a refund and are rebuked? One can not equate his pool operations at this time with his ineptitude with BFL and the fact he has failed to refund people in direct contravention of FTC regulations.

The point isn't about action or inaction it is about being the BIGGEST SCUM BAG on the forums. Given the evidence I suspect there is clearly a solid foundation for Inaba to be given that title.
