What I, as a pool operator of https://dem.suprnova.cc see is a stready rise of hashing power since the start, so I'd also say, everything is good, interest is growing, more people are mining Hi , is it possible to mine on a mac ?

Sure, absolutely, it's a "normal" sha256d coin, just look for cgminer for mac, fire it up (as long as you have a decent gpu to mine with) and mine it

I don't think you understand just how high the growth rate of DEM really is.
Lets look at the maximum total amount of coins
Emark 20 Billion coins StableCoin 250 million CraftCoins 100 million Copper lark 27.2 Million Coins MinCoin 10 million coins
Coins produced per day
Emark = 36,000 StableCoin = 36,000 CraftCoin = 2,880 CopperLark 18,000 (please verify as this seems too high, but still limited coins) Min coin = 2,880
My selling of only 7,000 coins into the market dropped the price from .00042 to .00038 and it only went downhill from there. Just think what 36,000 coins a day will do to the tiny market in just a few weeks.
Current rate when I told you to sell was .0003 now it is .00023. It will have its ups and downs before people realize that the price can not rise higher with this high growth rate. There are a few people still thinking they can profit on this coin.
Some people (like I used to) probably don't realize what this high growth rate will do. That is why I am offering the smart people here who may not have realized it had such a high growth rate to cash out before the price goes down to .10 cents and lower.
I just added stablecoin to the list and the funny thing is it has a growth rate right now equal to that of Emark. Stable coin is barely holding on to .10 cents a coin and most likely has a much bigger community behind it.
I bought some stable coin recently but will be unloading that also as the growth rate is just too high. Hopefully it gets close to .10 cent where I think I bought in at.
I am not here to troll you guys but offering you facts to help you make your decision here. The growth rates are just too high and what you have to understand is you are now sharing the growth rate of all the alt-coins together.
When people invest in alt-coins they spread their money around, with the rate new alt-coins are coming out you will have to share the money with the others. Basically, mostly all of these alt-coins will be going to pennies again.
The more I invest in these alt-coins the more I realize I should just invest in bit-coin only. I did profit from alts, but that is slowly going to fade as people realize just what they are dealing with here.
My recommendation to you guys is to only invest in coins that have a very low growth rate and total amount of coins. That is really all the market can support. Where do you think all this money is going to come from to support all these new alt-coins all being added together?
To top it off you will have miners who will equalize the price if any rise too high. They will mine it until it has the same profitability as all the others including bitcoin. That is why your probably better off just parking your money in bitcoin as that is the main coin everything is based around and you can liquidate your positions quick with bitcoin.

Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

When BTC get stable again for a week, BTC coins will go back to market for exchange altcoins (more profit).
People are just cashing out altcoins for BTC, and taking out $$$. You profit more, just underselling altcoin right now, and cashing out BTC because of the sudden price rise.

Kind of, however if you look at LTC/BTC on BTC-e you can see people are buying LTC atm, it's recovered most of it's drop over the past 24hr.

I don't think you understand just how high the growth rate of DEM really is.
Lets look at the maximum total amount of coins
Emark 20 Billion coins StableCoin 250 million CraftCoins 100 million Copper lark 27.2 Million Coins MinCoin 10 million coins
20 Billion is maximum amount of coins. ~37 years x 12 960 000 DEM = 479 520 000 DEM. OF course it without 3.8% stake / annually (only small amount of all coins would have annual stake, rest would be in rotation). Do You know what 37 years mean and how long time is it? In 2027 Net hashrate of DEM could have 180 000 PH/s! My selling of only 7,000 coins into the market dropped the price from .00042 to .00038 and it only went downhill from there. Just think what 36,000 coins a day will do to the tiny market in just a few weeks.
And i can with 1 DEM rise DEM price from example 0.0002 to 0.00025....

There are people deliberately driving the DEM price down on Cryptsy, I bought up the order book to 0.0003 yesterday and kept it round there for a few hours, people consistently trying to sell way below that price, a smart person will either sell at around the same price or at market i f they are dumping. I see the same today I bought up the order book to 0.00025 and people started placing sell orders at 0.00022 when the highest buy was 0.000201. They could have placed the sell orders at 0.0002499 to be the cheapest.

Most bots I have seen sell a satoshi below the lowest sell price, or buy at a satoshi above the highest buy price. It's in everyone's interest to drive the price up not down. There will still be spread to make profits.

I saw bad programmed bots who had a "upper limit" where they sell, even if the real sell price is even higher than that,
why would a human sell lower than possible ?

A human would sell lower because they are either stupid or trying to drive the price down.

Low price for buy is so interesting for traders as a high price for sell. If no exist real economics in DEM, we'll don't worry about trade price.
