Really nice work on the graphics for the new wallet. 

One thing I would like to see beyond the cosmetics is better functionality to handle the Proof-of-Stake minting. I think most agree that it's confusing at the moment. Perhaps a way that you could move some amounts into a "savings account" or "certificate of deposit" graphically, as opposed to your regular spending or "checking" accounts.

And while on the subject of graphics, it would be great to have  a set of "Deutsche eMark Accepted Here" signs  !!!

Also, one thing I like about DEM is that with a BFL single at 60GH/s it still makes sense to solo mine. It's exciting to see.

Any foolproof instructions for POS specifically for DEM?

If your miner is sick you need to visit a doctor first

But seriously, it's very easy: create a worker in this pool and start cgminer:
cgminer -o stratum+tcp://dem.easy-mining.net:3333 -u your_miner -p your_miner_password -r 9999 -q

and start mining
