NEO and Cardano look promising, but I think NEO has the advantage in this case, it seems really reliable and with a lot of back up currently, both of them are kind of down at the moment so you better choose both and hold them for some time.

NEO is dumping from about $150 to $28 this year. I am so sorry if someone bought NEO at the price of over $100 as they lost over 70% their budget.
Anyway, I invested in NEO when it was ~ $35. And I planned to hold it at least until 2020.
I dont care if it continues dumping.
If NEO <$10 I will even continue to buy more.

It's such a difficult choice, but I'm more inclined to invest in NEO, if only because this platform is popular with ICO, and the next couple of years will be years of ICO and that something good can come of this investment.
ADA should also be invested, but only after Chinese Ethereum, only after NEO.
