The market is in dump situation right now, and I think its not a good idea to sell any coins. I think what should be done is holding your investment, do not panic sell and continue investing if you can. I have strong feeling that cryptos will going to have a bounce back after this dump, and only those who are patience can receive the rewards.

You can do it but you should be have more good strategy ,  great risk management and spend more times to focus on that. But because you can not guaranted this is will work or not for the better sell your coin in 50% and other 50% more use for long term investment.

selling your coin when the price is in a bad rate really mean that you gonna lose some money, i think the right thing to do is try to keep some coin which has a good project in the future and sell the rest of the coin that might keep on decreasing just to cut the loses. i believe that in every business we cannot keep on gaining profits and losing our money sometimes is a normal thing.

I think you're decision is wrong because the coin that you hold are on dump price so if you would sell it then you're coin are get pumped you will lose your money only better to hold it and wait for new ATH but if you think that your coin will dump more that is good to sell it and start trade again for a lower price
Just think if you would sell your coins then after you sell the coin you hold will recover what you will do? You will ride again in a higher price? so it means you lose some of your capital and profits.

I dont think its a good idea to sell your coins now as we can see in the market the coins are in red, you might lose more if you try that strategy to recover your loss as it means panic selling.

Just hodl your coins and wait until the prices recover again, then try the strategy you think can work for you but for now be patient and forget for a while the status of the coins you're holding.

I think you can do that. It's name in trading is 'cut loss'. But you must look at deferent price with when you buy. The potensial loss is max 3% from when you buy it. If there more then 3%, maybe will hard to recover it with new coin trade.

I dont like this idea. it is very late to sell your altcoins because altcoin market is its deepest point. people do not sell and dump them anymore. And they will start to rise again in next bull run. if i were you i would wait till market recovers.

Selling assets when they are dropping would be panic selling. Now FUD may force a person to panic sell which is manipulation of public and which is one of the main essence of the FUD that is normally spread. People who fall for the FUD will face the aftermath.

Not always, selling when they are dropping but if there is a purpose to buy more at cheaper price then it cant be called as panic selling. It is a strategy imho, but yes if the we sell it without following by other buy with cheaper price then it is a panic selling.
It is also normal for trader (especially beginners) to be so afraid with the dropping. At least they can learn from it and they would not do it again in the future.

you mean margin trading ? I think it is very risky than investment. Investing in crypto currencies now is not easy and one need to know what lay ahead before putting money. Bitoin alone has lost over $13,000 since this year and trading them now may not be a good idea.

If it's being in top 100 on coinmarketcap I think you should hold until all these dump ended cause coin in top 100 on coinmarketcap have very good potential so IMO you'll regret when you see these altcoins price increase right after you sold it all. For now I'm also stucking with altcoin but I'm still trying to hold cause I know it has very good potential

Since he has even held for long to this point that the market has bottomed out, the last thing he wants to do is to sell. Which is right, if you are holding projects/alts that have real purpose then keep holding is much prefer, value are dropping because of the main basis where dropping, just wait for some time and allow bitcoin to recover, then you will see that eventually the price will recover, what you are thinking right now is too risk  we can't predict what way the market will go, better to stay out and think of your holdings as a long term investment.

just hold it mate and don't eagerly sell if you want to recover your lose on it and observe the potential of the coin first before you decide to sell. cause you might lose your profits if you sell at lose.  'and also its dosn't mean it will continue yo decrease 'cause in fact there's a time also it will pump maybe not now but surely it will Just wait for it.
