Just a quick update guys: how are your dorrstoppers doing?

Hey your looking like the stupidest poster on BF.

Looks like ETN elctronium is forking back to CN.

wowie. Hey GPU suckers. Is it still a doorstop??? OTFLMAO

Please do another chart for US!!!   LOL

How’s about you go back to hiding under your rock Jihan. You have damaged the crypto space. Learn from your mistakes.  Don’t double down and try to throw more money at a problem.  It never works

BR

YET ANOTHER GPU sucker! Too bad....GPU's make a shitty door stop, and a bad anchor.

No let’s get it straight. It’s more likely turning into Crypto suckers.  Anyone getting into mining will become the sucker as you so kindly put it.  Let your boss know that he can let you go as an active shill.  Most of us can point them out very easily these days.  Can you tell me other than you making a profit for now exactly what has bitmain done for this space?  I’ve got plenty of time while out country celebrates their “independence” Roll Eyes

Independence from what exactly?  Sure as hell seem like we depend on someone else more and more these days.  Anyway.  So many more problems in the world have to be fixed before this pipe dream can come to fruition.

Retired from what? Kindergarten? You act like a bratty kid, not someone old enough (or successful enough) to have retired.

NOPE! I don't find the need to go to a forum specifically for asic to slam something I don't own, unlike perverts like you posting graphs of asic mining.

Just because your a GPU sucker trying to mine with a device designed for gaming then crying when asic does 10x the gpu work at a fraction of the cost is your prob. not ours.

YOUR pos GPU doesn't even make a good doorstop.

I'm fine with coins embracing asics if they want. That said, no one should ever use ETN as a model for success.

Correct, Monero would have been better @230.00 a day until fork time. ETN trying to make inroads into the mobile platform, remains to be seen if they do. (so far they haven't) 2MM users is not quite enough. IMO

ETN team continue to make an errors, and destroy original potential of one of the best ICOs in the history. This is a huge disrespect of ICO participants. Let me remind You only on few of their mistakes.
- 3 false starts of exchange trading. They announce the date and than make a 2 month delay because security problems in their wallet (maybe they do not hear for 2FA)
- block the wallet of ICO participants for months. You could trade with mined coins, but not coins You bought.
- promise mobile mining, and give "simulation" of mobile mining
- when they announce the implementation of ASIC resistant algo (the last coin what switch to V7, probably because they do not have own blockchain specialist), they relaise the problems with algo (difficulty calculations are incorrect)
- they had almost 2 weeks of blocked transaction, while they pay a small fortune to NiceHash hashing power to find the block.
- now they said "selfish mining in waves", total nonsense. Why another coins do not have such a problems? Because they have correct algos and real developers
- "not enough GPU miners for number of transactions", nonsense again. How the biggest CN coin MONERO have enough miners? They have a good algo.
- if they want to separate from most of other coins and have a control over their algo (without NiceHash intrusions), why they not adopt some variant of Cryptonight, like Alloy, Argo, Stellite, Bittube, Litev7, or make their own version of algo, where they have a full control over the hashing power?
- no, they probably make an unclear financial deal with ASIC producers, and expose coin to new 51% attacks. I will not talk about probably 2 weeks without transaction while they switch back to old Cryptonight

I am not sure that ETN team know what they do, and with their actions and selfish deals (with ASIC producers) destroy the value of coin.

This is not the correct thread to rant about ETN mate Cheesy.  In short the ETN dev team is incompetent and I guess we know that already

It is what it is,  bitmain mines for months then sells the miner's as "new" , 6 month QC check?Huh That's ridicules.

Just need to play the game to survive....and NOT by using a gaming card to mine.

Thank You for a comment, and I think that it is Ok to introduce miners about rumors in Electroneum community about some special ASIC deal what they probably made.

Well done x3 owners, you still were making profits, now with etn reversing their fork to eliminate asics they are now embracing asics and your better profits will return. ROI guaranteed now for all owners. Doorstops my ass. Etn and sumo have seen the light. Etn cant count on you gpu miners to help secure their network. This is on u.

you have no idea what you're talking about.  A coin can be mined on a cpu and still be secure.

C/P from coinlib:

Magnitude of Coinbene Listing.
The Magnitude of the Coinbene listing.

If you don't understand the Magnitude of the Coinbene listing this is a post for you.

Kucoin's daily traffic is currently $42 million dollars a day, with electroneum getting 0.73% of the traffic.

Cryptopia's daily traffic is currently is $5 million dollars a day, with electroneum getting 17.9% of the traffic.

COINBENE's daily traffic is currently $380 million dollars a day.

We don't know the amount of traffic that electroneum will get on coinbene, but looking at these raw numbers. Coinbene's traffic is 9 times of Kucoin, and more or less 1/4 of the traffic of Binance ($1.4 billion dollars traded each day)

Remember that everyone was freaking out when we got listed on Kucoin. Kucoin is relatively famous in English speaking countries. People are overlooking the magnitude of this listing because this might be the first time they've heard of Coinbene. Coinbene is famous in Asia.

Something to think about:

Do you really think the ETN team will sit down and not market while ETN gets listed on a relatively large exchange?

To all those who are/were poised for the rise in price:

Congratulations!

One final note:

This is not investment advice. Do your own research. This is only an analysis/presentation of numbers traded on each exchange.

Not as secure i ment, not if the cpus are pool hopping between different coins. Hashpower does affect security. Read why they forked.

They forked cause of incompetence to deal with the issues and decisions they made to tackle the old issues.  Nothing else.  Their diff algo was messed up right after the fork.
They didn't fix it and so were the thing that needed fixing pointed out several times by community members and not the devs themselves.
