It doesn't matter what he wants to do. He has clearly failed. Someone should call fabrizio at work and tell him he has 48hours to return remaining btc or authorities in hong kong will be contacted.

...If there's no hashing devices...

Clearly something is hashing. Let's not throw our brains out the window, eh?

There is nothing hashing right now.

Anyway... its nonsense to speak about debt collectors since no shareholder has any legal right to demand money from him. If someone really thinks he could pay underworld thugs this would only be even stupidier. Risking being sued for some bitcoins...
I was right to talk about dumb pussies: here is one.

Yes, shareholders have every right to have their money back because the contract isn't respected.

What money? My money is elsewhere, not with Sam. So if you are pleased with the pennies that Sam still have so be it. I need more to get my money back.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

from contract

Shareholder information

Labcoin.com will protects the share holders by agreeing to:

- Not offer any further shares outside of what is stated in the contract over the open market or otherwise.

- Regularly communicate the project financials to share holders in a way that lets share holders evaluate the performance, capital outlay and future of the project.

lol?

mean while swede got something else going on, well not for us.

hey think for a while, you guys accused labcoin to be using non-labcoin miners and could be knc miner.

maybe swede working in shadow and deploy knc for labcoin? after all why swede still has labcoin image avatar?
there is no official word if he abandoned labcoin, or so.

FYI here's the transaction.

https://blockchain.info/tx/cab576646441a1de40dcc77ba9e1e1ae1eb76da79999ee17ec13f0d27f22bab1

All the dividend payments should come from the 1CwrK8GTwq4eQYZwTxMpL271Bpj7Zu3PUQ address. I'd vote for just using using the 1GHY9Vb8GyyohfoFqyHmjc5mC1KeyV7ND4 address (the payout distributor address for this group) as the eligius address so we can all see exactly what's happening, and we can get payouts as soon as eligius finds blocks.

I will start using this address as direct payout hopefully in the morning, I just to visit the data center where I am hosting the miner.

i just opened my eyes, swede is true PR failer, doing his own thing and ignoring his duty to us like labcoin

edit : look at swede profile, he removed casino/poker link stuff on his signature, i realized now Tongue dont know when he removed.

As a reminder, 796.com said the documentation they received did not list Sam Noi as a member of the company.

At this point, I think we have consider this to be Fabrizio Tatti's operation since his name is on the paperwork that does exist.  We have seen no documents which transfer that responsibility, so I don't think we have a choice about that.

We have also seen no documentation that any BTC has been spent on achieving the stated goals of this company.

Lacking that, it looks like Fabrizio Tatti is responsible for the entire 7000 BTC.

Does anyone have any evidence that indicates anything different?

Sam,

thanks for the answers so far, but.. Funds - would you be willing to show someone here how many of the IPO coins are still in labcoin's hands?

also - once we are hashing @ a serious rate - will you give up your "day job" and focus on this project, if that is a yes - what % of the network will labcoin need to achieve to make this financially viable for you?

Financial statements will be released soon. I'm already considering quitting my day activities.

I have discussedmy involvement with the Shareholder group that was formed and since Labcoin now is run by Sam who is taking a much more active role in communicating with the forum, as well as running the project there simply is no reason for me to post information that the community can get directly from him.

I am still a share holder and as everyone else I am following the development closely. It seems the hash rate is being moved to ghash.io and I have seen dividends the last few days through cryptostocks.

Of course we (I assume) are all hoping to see more and more hash rate deployed shortly.

meh, i dont know what to expect now, he missed the 8th for saturday, and no guest account, and its tuesday now, suppose to be TH upto 12th right? correct me.

no announcement, not even telling why the estimation didnt materialize.

we are going in circle, same talk, same same.

he can hide his ID, etc, but i dont understand why not show the miners, financial statements, etc, simply i really cant find any reason why he cant.

is he trying to hide it from some 1 in china or friend or something?

but still the failed promises stands, it cant just disappear,  yea yea, will disappear after he put 500th suddenly from no where.

i still dont understand also, why not just admit the missed promises and move on to next? but he damaged his image now, but can fix.

my god labcoin, im sooooooooo angry  Angry

edit: oh yea,  "soon soon soon, dude make it real"

We can all thank the Harmless "TheSwede75" who pushed an IPO so hard on Labcoin, they didn't even want to do an IPO lol.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241033.msg2641225#msg2641225

But thanks to theswede's constant pushing it was done. Thanks Swede!

i checked labcoin last login time with the timing of the hunt posting, makes sense.

put on seat belts guys, im having trouble breathing now
