This price increase is literally a gift from the gods to Labcoin to escape unharmed. They can refund remaining btc and most people wouldnt complain as its value has grown 3X+ . If these failures were even slightly compentant they could of built an even more powerful mine.

TheSwede has nothing to do with this anymore.

He is a victim like the rest of us

No, he is not. He is both legally and morally liable.

oO Why do you think so? He was hired as a spokesperson, serving as intermediary between shareholders and labcoin. What would you charge him for?

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

Well in 3rd world country land we can charge him for funs, because that is what we do round hurr, we give people death penalties in our village where we fuck goats without any sort of proof. The elders who get to fuck only the young goats make the final decision.

Don't you think returning money and jail time is more reasonable? No death penalty than massive goat fucking orgy.

Fabriazio is working for a Chinese Mobile Company. I remember someone of us sent a letter to the company. Any response?

In stead of chasing the unknown 'Sam', why nobody is contacting Fabriazio, whose names listed as the main person first? Just because of he said he's innocent? He should be much easier to be located than the socalled 'Sam'.

Fab has been contacted and he is denying affiliation with Labcoin at the moment. I believe he mentioned he was involved back in June/July but he is no longer involved. Virtualspade is gathering information right now and working on this.

Without seeing legal documentation that Fabrizio has sold the company off, why would he not remain the main focus?

If he's really sold the company, producing documentation to that effect should be very, very easy for him to do.

In fact he would be liable without proving otherwise.

please dont give him break, he signed papers right? and he let labcoin sit under company, if he is innocent, he should release the documents which should lead to sam, (i not so sure sam=fab).

ultimately, i think fab should take the fall, if the imaginary sam is not found.

Update on the situation

Fabrizio is the first person that the police will investigate since it is his company that is behind Labcoin according to the IPO contract.

I'm sure he will cooperate with the police in the case he also has been scammed and has nothing to do with all of this as he has claimed, but that still remains to be verified by the police.

I have contacted TheSwede75 and I'm communicating with him and he is willing to help in any way he can, I'm hoping he has something of value to contribute since he was working with "sam" on the IPO details and was in close contact with him.

Now that we have the support of so many share holders we are starting the next phase of the process, that is gathering and organizing all the information for the complaint.

I will be taking the weekend of from all this since I have logged so many hours on the case this week, but you can expect me back on the case in full action next week again.

Thank you for your support

Well, "Sam", it won't be long until police start asking questions.  You've ignored our questions, but you won't be able to ignore theirs.

This would be a good time to offer up some real answers, "Sam".  Once the wheels start grinding, you're not going to be able to stop them.

The bitcoins you're responsible for accounting for are now worth nearly $2.5 million.  This isn't going away.

Where are my dividends?

It's been many days now.

Time to take whatever money is left and divide it up amongst the bag holders!

He WILL be tracked down eventually. It might be too late for us to get any money back but he will be very very unhappy when he is tracked down and he will wish he had just settled with us when he had the chance.
