as this is now a confirmed scam or at best a very shifty company, shouldn't theswede75 return the BTC he was paid as there's absolutly no PR happen now or in the near future. it's us share holders that's paid him and if he wants to be cleared from this it's in his best interest to return all (or most) BTC to share holders. or better still into some account that can be controlled by share holders. This BTC could be used for law-suite and end this shit once and for all. agreed.. What do you want with his shares? And why should he pay back when he was paid doing PR, a part he did as good as he could or "Sam" let him do it. So he did his part of the contract and now should pay it back to lower your investment losses? Will you go to TMSC or whatever foundry created "potentially" chips and demand the money back because it was a scam too? If not where do you see the difference? you are a dreamer, translate it as naive.. cant say much more on this topic. A dreamer because of what? I for sure lost way more with labcoin than you but i dont go there and claim that people that did work and were paid for it should give back their wage. On top theswede always said that he still owns his rewardshares. So what will you do with his useless shares? Sorry, I didn't realize (or remembered correctly) that he was paid in shares, but if were me I'd seriously want out of this and my name cleared. I'd be honest and say at the time I did cash my shares for BTC and did spend some and I want to return whats left. You can call me stupid, but I'd rather be poor that be part of this shit. But I supposes that's just my thoughts and I be stupid enough to do just that. EDIT. I lost over $2000 AUD and I don't want a cent back. I just want to see whoever involved brought to justice

So we're coming up on 24 hours without hashing. Three days since Sammy logged on, three weeks since he's said anything. Over 24 hours since any money moved into the signed address, over 15 days since a dividend was paid.
It's dead, Jim.
Has anyone traced the ipo wallet funds recently? Any big transfers down that chain?

if I recall correctly the money (approx 3500 BTC) was moved to S.Dice and then from there it cant be traced easily because it was mixed. make of that what you will but I think even MOVING the money to a location where it cant be tracked is a breach of contract. EDIT.. and a clear sign that something is wrong.

And now "Sam" has $4.2 million in stolen property.
That's not good for you, "Sam". Not good at all.
Every 1000 shares bought at IPO is $600 that was stolen.

CryptoStocks now has Labcoin in a "BLACK" status. Stage 2 of the de-listing process.
The end is nigh.

black means that the stock has failed to meet its contractual obligations for more than 4 weeks.. that much is obvious since it has been in violation of the contract since day 1

What was their gain? 200k shares maybe? I'm pretty sure EVERYONE knew that Labcoins abysmal failure was a primary cause in the BTC-TC shut down. The fact that Cryptostocks didn't do their DD when listing the stock also makes them complicit in continuing this mess.. kinda ironic that Cryptostocks went to 6 decimals just a week or so after Labcoin hit the 0.0001 floor too.. the problem with the almost the entire BTC community is that when shit hits the fan and people completely F**K up.. nobody admits they did anything wrong... they just bury their heads in the sand and pretend they were playing WOW or second life... unfortunately the law in most countries is very clear on what constitutes investment fraud (even if fiat currency is not directly involved). It wouldn't surprise me to see a number of securities related arrests in the coming months. I don't think the SEC has Trendon shavers up in court yet but I'm sure they will get him eventually... People who think they are pirates in the 1700s sailing around the Caribbean clearly have not been paying attention to what is currently happening to Dread Pirate Roberts and John Mcaffee... I'm still hoping the Labcoin shonks Realize that its better to admit that they completely suck at running a company, give the remaining money back and ask for forgiveness. the only thing I have ever had to say to Sam, Fabrizio and Alberto is... YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CANT HIDE... THE BTC community is full of hackers, programmers, security experts and other IT specialists.... if the authorities dont find you... they can and will find you...

Giving the "remaining" money back is only an acceptable end if all the spent money is verified and accounted for. None of this this "Here's the remaining 3500 btc lol!!!!" when they might have stashed as much as a couple million dollars elsewhere. No, we need a full accounting of any and all "missing" funds that are not returned to investors.

I think you have a fundamental lack of understanding of the US court system.. Trendon has been indicted that means there is a warrant out for his arrest. Nowhere in those articles does it say he has been arrested and is in custody awaiting trial.. so no he isn't in court yet (to my knowledge) Also There is a HUGE difference between listing an unregistered investment scheme.. and Facilitating investment fraud.. two completely different issues... Just as an example Mt GOX had their accounts seized for failing to ANSWER are you a money service business on the back form and register with FINCEN.. but after following KYC guidelines they continue to operate.. if on the other hand Mr Karpeles was willfully facilitating some kind of fraud or money laundering then he too would have been indicted.

I know its not much consolation but even if they gave back 3500 BTC. most investors would have made a profit in terms of Fiat currency.. so it would be hard for them to stay angry and possibly harder for them to bring it to court.

He's already been in court, which was your point, he even defended himself pro se. He hasnt been found guilty yet, that will take some years no doubt. There is a HUGE difference between listing an unregistered investment scheme.. and Facilitating investment fraud.. two completely different issues...

What mtgox does has nothing to do with securities.
