I'm prettt sure charitable organizations already accept crypto currencies. I mean they are charity, they don't have the option to be choosy with what kind of donations people will give. I think i know of charitys that deals with investments then use the dividends for the less fortunate. Then again, I'm the kind of person who gives directly to the organization that i know of, not some big charities.

The charities doesn't have any option on what they can accept. As long as you are donating then they will accept it, anything that you will give them then they will accept it but make sure that you should teach them on how they are going to make the bitcoin to cash so they can use the cash from bitcoin for purchasing things that they need.

It would be good if ever it will accept in charity but one of my concern is the everyday usage of the charity because every day they use money for their needs and it would better to use cash money.

Bitcoin can now be exchanged for currency, so it is an acceptable gift for charities;
For charities, it is a good way to expand the donation, showing its inclusiveness as a public charity;

some have received bitcoin for charity. I've read the news, there are mosques in other countries (if not mistake is english) have received a bitcoin for charity. it's a great start because it can be snapped for others if it can accept bitcoin for charity. if I have a bitcoin, I will donate 2.5% bitcoin that I have for charity, but just like you, I also do not have bitcoin yet. I hope that those who have a lot of bitcoin want to donate some bitcoin to them, because some of our possessions are owned for others.

Well charity will accept anything as long as is good for them ..  anything that is... Related to money and ..all is acceptable ...so I don't think that... There won't be any which will... Deny !
Also .. even you can donate on the Bitcoins forum .. it's as same as.. any charity thing.

There's nothing wrong on accepting help from others. Charities will accept bitcoin or any crypto if it is good.
It will a great help for them if they will support one another, anyways. And I do hope that crypto has a better impact towards charities.

That is right. Helping others are good deeds so there is nothing wrong to donate bitcoins in charities. Instead, it will be a big help for them as it can sustained and help for the people and homeless kind. They just have to convert it into fiats so that they can have a better value onced they have received it.

I think charity is a meaningful activity, we should contribute everything simply and easily, that means we should use cash to contribute or buy something useful for these organizations, should not use bitcoin for this problem. Although charity can accept but the conversion of bitcoin into money then using the money to buy what they need is very troublesome, in addition, bitcoin is an asset that can increase over time, we can use it more usefully than charities, contributing bitcoin to them is a waste, using bitcoin to make money and then donating money to them is more reasonable.

Definitely I would like it to be true, but also I must point out that initial decision to contribute in charity belongs to human itself, it's not about the tools it's about the master.

Charity can exist in any form. Everything that has a price should be accepted: classical money, assets, crypto-currencies. Another question is that charity in the crypto currency is not yet developed and is not popular.

I think the charities accept any form of donation, may it be in cash or in kinds, and maybe they will also accept btc donations if given chance. But I think if I will donate to charity, I will choose to donate cash than btc because it would be difficult for the charities to use btc since they are not yet familiar with it.

Of course this is great news for all of us because using bitcoin for charity will be great source of helping poor and needy people, now it is modern age and using bitcoin we can help people by sending our money as bitcoin in any areas of world where people needs help. We should share our earning with poor and deserving I am sure it will make our money pure and will be more than double with blessing of those needy people.

 I think more of the people would do some good deeds giving money to charity if they would have a direct possibility to transfer bitcoins to the account of a church or orphanage.

Charity accepting bitcoin would be fantastic as one doesn't get to pay tax on fund been transferred. And one can stay anonymous.

If some organization accepts the bitcoin support for charity, then the organization will get a lot of support from the community of rock members who will participate in or store the bitcoin that is what the community wants. towards

Me: I will if there is, but for now I don't have yet. Wink

EDITED:

Yeah it a hassle for now.

Another question: But what if there is fiat will be disappear in the future and crypto will conquered the world and all payment transactions will be on blockchain system?
So is this applicable right?

Im almost certain altruistic associations as of now acknowledge digital currencies. I mean they are philanthropy, they don't have the choice to be picky with what sort of gifts individuals will give. I think I am aware of charitys that arrangements with ventures at that point utilize the profits for the less blessed. Of course, I'm the sort of individual who offers straightforwardly to the association that I am aware of, not some huge foundations

BiblePay has donated coins to 4 Charities, I believe only 1 or 2 took the coins directly and sold the coins themselves.

I can give Bitcoins to charity on the condition that the recipient knows how to trade it. Or better still, I can give it to charity and go further to teach the recipient how to go about it. It is one of the ways of spreading the message and acceptance of bitcoin.

If any charitable activity that receives bitcoin would be better if compared only receive fiat or other useful items. With the existence of bitcoin it will be more options for each person to give a charity and certainly will be easier to do in terms of transactions. If it wants to be applied, then you think bitcoin should be legal in many countries, so bitcoin can be acknowledged and allowed to be accepted in charity.

I believe the question should be,  are there charity that accept bitcoin?. If there are charities that accept bitcoin,, then there are people who will gladly give out to charity. Most people cannot donate to international charities because of the exchange rate between the giver's country and the recipient's country and also because of the enormous bank charges for such an exchange. So if there is a way to give out bitcoins to charity with very low transaction fees, people will generously give.

Also there are not-for-profit organisations that will also accept crypto donations. TOR is one example and i'm guessing they receive a lot as dark market users need TOR to do business. I recall reading that an Australian charity released a program where you can mine coins for them as a donation

I havent heard yet here in my country about a charity institutions accepting bitcoin donation.Maybe there is in other country.Well if that happens its normal already because everything is keep on developing and changing as day passed.Bitcoin as a donation to a charity sounds good coz it is more fast and more convenient.Then as what mostly people ask if what if fiat will totally disappear then my answer is even though its impossible that fiat will disappear then if thats happened maybe because the world embraces already the digital transactions things and maybe embraces the world of crypto.So it is better for us right coz we are already here and came first.Because if that case will really happen we know already what is in crypto world and how to deal with it.

same here . on our country , i didnt heard that charities are accepting bitcoins  and as what i know , charities are usually clasic which means they are not into high tech stuffs. they only wanted to be simple , thats why they only prefer the old way of recieving donations usually in the form of envelope and some are in can coin bank/piggy bank.

in some countries there maybe charities that accepts  bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies , which is also cool because we can see that crypto is now widely being adopted by the people and any other services not just online but also offline.

I guess in my country too, yes their are company and a kind of business who wanted to accept crypto as a change of any either goods or services. The thing that I have heared is Starbucks now accpets crypto as an exchange. It means now a days it accepts the trending moment.
