I agree with your reason but the difficult one is how to choose which good coin. Because many coins look unique but in the middle of signature the cancel or return the fund because they didn't reach softcap.
Most projects have a lot of wealth put into a crowdsale. You should notice how much money is gathered on the very first  also on the last day.

I think that many projects do not cost as much money as they try to get. Significant part of the money received is spent on marketing, and this affects the price of the token for a short period, but does not give benefit to product.

a large number of the ICO that move in a similar field turned into a noteworthy impact on the grounds that surely speculators will be partitioned to contribute. This is causing a great deal of ICO fizzled in light of the fact that can't get the base assignment to run their tasks. of late to be sure frequently happens here and there fall flat and ICO is broadened on the grounds that it is.

Unrealistic projects will usually fail. The demand will be small so that the sales are not on target. In addition to the things you mentioned, I think the look of a professional website, concise, and clear will give a positive value to potential investors. So if a project fails to display their profile nicely on the website, it will reduce the selling point.

I see so many projects that require so much work to be done, but their ICO is already on the market. Many ICOs do not make sense, most people today are not stupid enough to invest into something they are not aware of, unlike those of the past years who were cheated because they were too eager to invest without more research on the people in behind this ICO campaign.

You need to know about the project you are investing in, before you invest in it, some project need much work to be done, but some people don't check before investing, I will say investigate before investing so to know about the ico

ICO's been here for years already, you can already look for basis in the past what are the reasons why ICO fail.
The fact that the market is filled with different ICOs and the reality is that most of them are scams, you have to be careful in choosing one.
ICO fail because it has no real intention by the team or it's just a scam or they do not want to develop the project further, that's just some of the reasons.

of course for that reason, when from the beginning the ico is not showing a potential, from whitepaper, road map. after all of these aspects, an ico does not show potential and can not attract investors, it is certain ico will fail.
but I am sure, not nearly 50% ico will fail like that.

Sincerely speaking, some ICOs don't even have better products to offer in the first place and as such, people are not driven towards investing in them. When an ICO lacks all the capacities and potencies to make it a strong project, it will definitely fail...the marketing notwithstanding.

I think the most fundamental is the project does not get funding to develop the project. the business of getting funding from ico sales I think it takes a really mature concept rather than just an idea to attract investors. if making a project at random certainly will not get funding.

Competition between every ico is now very large and also the wrong marketing strategy will make us will be difficult to be able to get investors. the lack of new innovations will also make it difficult to attract investors

ICO fail because of there lack of consistency to the roadmap and in ability to determine the accurate  amount of fund, required for implementation of project.
The possibility with many ICO's fails because many ICO is a scam and with so many ICO's fails because they are too hasty to follow the ICO project and so many investors are taking advantage of the people who join the ICO project therefore many ICO that failed

It seems to me that this situation is largely due to the lack of actual demand for a particular project. Many people come up with a project, they expect to change the world, but they are not ready to offer effective solutions for this.

I think the main reason why many ICO fail to achieve their target cap because of a weak marketing strategy. Also sometimes sales has been affect by the external market like bitcoin price  dumps.

I agree, as you say. an ICO project requires a team of experienced and expert in their respective fields. and innovative concepts that are beneficial to the world. the most important thing is they have a real project. although when ico is not that great, but if they really work and have a real project. slowly but surely their token will be worth.

- Reasons why ICOs fail
- I think that many projects that use ICO to call for capital and fraudulent money in the eyes of ICO people are getting worse. That makes many investors less trust in the ICO also they only short-term investment and led to that ICO failed before reaching the final goal.

For me, the also reasons are the team of every ICO are very greedy, they are just good at the beginning of ICO, like in PRE ICO. They are just luring some of investors to join to their ICO but after how many months of releasing their TOKENS, nothing happens.

I think many reason why ico fail  and for me the main reason is from team,  the unsupportive teamwork in completing the ICO marketing especially when they want to cooperate with colleagues, the work team can not have a good experience and the product they produce is not interesting to sell.
