It depends on what types of Altcoins you are holding and as you said that you have purchased them in ICO so this means you have done research on those ICO before investing in those so use that research experience and decide what coin are good for long term and hold them. If you are not experienced enough and do not have much knowledge about the cryptocurrency market that you need to hold the acquired coins

I agree, You should find out if the coins that you are holding is for long term investment or for short term investment. You should hold your coins in a long time if your coins is for long term investments like Ethereum and Bitcoin. I think this time you should be hold your all altcoin investments

Goodpoint and it is always practically do by the investor and the trader but theres always a possibility that other coins can be lesser than when the season of the price increasing  always make a decision that you think its right risk is always at side of trading no one can say if you can get a profit or not.
