It could be a commission from them playing dice, but seems very odd that 3 different players wagered the same amount and that none of them rolled for free btc.

prize gets won every hour. The people suggesting that or even thinking that... do not understand the odds. The thing is, if you win these

Are you sure you did math correctly? Because 4 spins with 300% on lose start bet 10 satosihi its something around 1000 satoshi, its just impossible you lost 300K satoshi in four spins     Maybe you roll more than 4 spins, or you set autobet 300% lose and forget to return to 10 on win? It happened to me, i lost whole bankroll in just few seconds...

Hey wetsuit, my lowest tier claiming reward has been halved again. Is this a site-wide occurrence or is the glitch back? My lowest tier reward is currently paying about 140 sats per claim. Earlier it was in the 280s. I don't know what causes this. It would be great if this would stop happening though.
