Cloudflare assigns a fixed IP to each website so if freedogecoin's IP was in the block list, it would be inaccessible for everyone in Russia. I have just dropped cloudflare for freedogecoin for now, will try re-adding it in a couple of days to see if they assign it a new IP. |
