there are some aspects you need to look at to find a legit ICO. To be honest we will never know how the ICO will end. but at least we should have some parameters. Of course the project concept must be clear. manager of his campaign, his bounty allocation, the development of his token sales, and also the team that dabbled in it.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I like to read the whitepaper of the ICO before deciding it is legit or not because whitepaper has all the details about the project by reading that you can easily decide that if the ICO is legit or not.

There are still legit ICO but just like you said a lot of scam ICO is running. How do we find out the legit? It is hard to do this because we can know what the team behind thinking on it. Even a professionally made website, high skilled editing and good platform and everyone believing in them. After the ICO it becomr scam. But if you tring to find legit. Read the whitepaper and find proof that the project is good

Nowadays is hard to find the legit ICO's today, so maybe take some research about that ICO and we can assure that ICO is legitimate.

This question has a lot of people asked on the forum. I think you should find them on the web or on the youtube channel. There they will guide you in more detail. But the importance of a potential ICO project is the management staff and the community. Please analyze the factors behind them. These are the factors that scammers can not build.

I think it's hard to find an answer about the legitimacy of the ICO in the white paper of the project. It is necessary to search for additional information about the project on the Internet. In general, it is very difficult to find such information, so it is very valuable.

Here is lot of iCO. How i find legit ICO.
ICOs is going wild last year, too much scams, so they have to release KYC to make ICOs more legitable.
but in my opinion, ICO scams just too much, I don't really trust them, so I only invest in some that my friend recommend

There are stiil legit ICO's  which just ended. Finding the legit one is like a puzzle for me as there are no 100% guarrantee that you will not be scammed. There are some steps anyway to minimize the risks like doing your iwn reasearch of the project and checking their dev team backgrounds.

Now this is really a problem, but no one will tell you exactly which ICO is legal and which is not, the fact is that the legislation in no other country is 100 percent transparent

Yeah in most countries cryptocurrency are been accepted which makes it a legit to me, but the issue is that you have to be more vigilant when selecting
the ICO you want to invest in.

There is no single rule that can be used to determine whether it is legal. There are many countries that monitor ICOs as long as they can avoid this part of the risk.

Yes, they still are. Though it's really hard to tell whether they are good or not. I've just invested in Chozun https://chozun.com/en I think it's worth a try.

To find a good ICO what I do is to look for a senior member who is supporting a particular ICO. It's also better to join the ICO's telegram campaign to gain access about the conversation between the leaders and the members.

Many countries are encouraging the program to call for ico because of its high efficiency and shorten the time it takes to bring in high value to the caller, which is still being used by companies to call them a good tool. For them to grow its business legally in countries that accept crypto.

There are a lot of them which are scam after all, but there are some that are good enough and you can make a lot of profit out of them if you know how to invest on their system
