But bitcoin is volatile right the ups and downs of the value of bitcoin , well on the other hand to be honest i tend to buy a house too though , a lot rather cause the price of the lot is year by year it is valuable and profitable so i guess i rather buy a lot than a house. It's good news for the bitcoin holders.Many people holding the bitcoin to sell at maximum profit.But still now the price on the lower end.We can use that bitcoin wisely to buy a house. |

Yes, you can buy bitcoin by earning bitcoin or investing in bitcoin. If you are earning bitcoin and you want to buy a house , you must be a full time here in bitcoin forum also in your job to this forum. And if you are investing in bitcoin make sure that you invest a huge amount of money so that when bitcoin pumps, you will gain a huge profit and you can buy a house now because of bitcoin. |

Yes, you can buy bitcoin by earning bitcoin or investing in bitcoin. We have some live testimony who can really tell you that this is very possible. Some set of people who invested earlier into bitcoin can tell you that that is very possible. From many write up on this forum and practical applicability you will see that even up till now is still very much possible just buy now and hold till the price boom.

If ever I do have bitcoin enough and there is a real estate which offers a house accepting bitcoin then it will be a great idea for me, so if ever I'll use my bitcoin to buy house or to make at least a down payment as I wanted to support bitcoin too not so that some people will gonna do the same.

yes any one can buy house with bitcoin but when the seller know about bitcoin and his price the buyer and seller are well known about the value of bitcoin on the time when they made deal. like me i also bought my house on bitcoin when the price was 17000$ at December 2017. the seller was my friend he was known about bitcoin price but in my country bitcoin is not legal tender we mention in document bitcoin as a country money. |

It is not a problem to buy house with bitcoin directly or indirectly. If not directly then turn your bitcoin to cash/ fiat and buy the house of your choice as lng as the value of your bitcoin covers the total price of the house. |

I am not sure if bitcoin can be used to buy a house especially in the current market situation but may be it will happen when the price of bitcoin increase significantly and of course the seller should know the potential of bitcoin, they will accept bitcoin as a payment.

This is possible but not for everyone. In my opinion, the best solution is that I can pay for help in crying in some stores, restaurants, shopping malls, etc. It will be really awesome.

Well, if your country's government won't interpret that as precedent of tax evasion it might be a good opportunity to use your BTC. But still you have to beware IRS marshals.  there are a lot of countries where the transactions between the people are allowed by the government in the crypto currencies but the buying and selling of the house belong to the property on which government has to to involved. So if your government has no problem with it, then just go ahead other wise don’t take such decisions because this might back fire. I am saying all of this because of some incident in my country, so keep the country’s laws first. |

Yup actually it can, there are so many people out there bought a house and even a car using bitcoins. also there are so many people out there that are still accepting bitcoin as their mode of payments in their products like groceries. in future for sure it will accept in all aspects. |

Yup actually it can, there are so many people out there bought a house and even a car using bitcoins. also there are so many people out there that are still accepting bitcoin as their mode of payments in their products like groceries. in future for sure it will accept in all aspects. In our country,since bitcoin is not yet adopted as our mode of payment,it is not yet possible.But maybe if i can find a person or a bitcoiner too who sells his house and accept bitcoin as a payment then it would be possible.But if not,i have no choice but to convert it with fiat and then buy the house instantly. |

yeah its true we can buy house or any things through bitcoin. i have a friend doing this situation few month ago he bought house through bitcoin and its truly amazing that the power of bitcoin can do this. For now it is impossible to buy a house using BTC because its not totally accepted in our country. Maybe we can do that if the owner of the house uses bitcoin then both of you are compatible to do the transactions. |

Hi, This would potentially mean that you can buy anything with bitcoin. Fact is... This isn't true. If you want to buy something, chances are high that you don't know personnally the seller. This is the main role of banks currently: they are here to ensure the transaction is done correctly. The same thing can be done through the blockchain... if both the seller and the buyer have the technical tools needed. So, yes, in some precise cases, this may be possible. But generally speaking, for the moment at least, you cannot use bitcoin to buy a house! |

I have seen homes for sale for Bitcoin both in Northern Cyprus and in Dubai, where whole apartment blocks and luxury apartments are for sale. I would have been able to afford a studio apartment in Dubai if I had sold off all my bags in the last altcoin boom, but everything of mine has tanked 95% and I won't even have enough for living expenses lol at this rate. I had a dream to buy some land and build a house for my family but that dream has faded away for a while. I have seen though homes for sale for Bitcoin, it does exist.
It is possible to avail many services by paying in bitcoin. Many companies accept bitcoin as a payment and buying a house is not a very big task that cannot be achieved by bitcoin but the real matter is where someone is living rather from where a person wants to buy a house for himself. In addition this, I also don’t like the idea of spending bitcoin at the very moment when it is going through a downfall. The best is to hold and let it grow to 90k dollars at least. |
