Following the January dump, i'm quite sure the risk margins must be much larger now and the willingness of most sellers would decrease. And tbh, that much BTC is quite illiquid.
I think some big companies are also doing this because they will accept bitcoin as the payment method I read in Dubai who has accepted this which is good news may we have some bigger whales in the future because they will receive bitcoin for home because we can already make a lot of purchases with this so this can be a good way to spread this around the world and, Some time ago this happened here some members offer home sales for bitcoin |

Yes, as far as Bitcoin is not banned in the jurisdiction of the property, I don't think there would be any issue with using Bitcoins as far as both the parties agree with it. There are some escrow companies who will assist in such trades not only for the financial side but also in legal aspects. Still, it would take much time to see such transactions taking place often. The first step would be our day to day marketplace and then expand it.

Yes of course you buy house by the help of bitcoin through converting it into cash. But what if bitcoin will be the payment? It is possible to buy house which the payment is full bitcoin, if the seller is completely accept bitcoin as payment. |

There is no impossible with bitcoin you can fulfill your dream with it but theres must be companies that sells houses who accept bitcoin as payment or construction supplies that also accept bitcoin then you can buy a house or build your own house.
If he is determined to buy house with bitcoin, he can have one in Dubai for sure but selling out bitcoin now is not a smart move. It would be better to hold on for a little longer and allow the currency to gain as much as it can within that duration. It is expected to touch 30k dollars by the end of this year so what is the point of utilizing it at such a low price of 8k dollars. A bit of patience is good. |

That would be so convinient if that so, and that is not possible to happen for few have done this already? I can read some on social media selling belongings like car and they offered bitcoin payment... But we must be careful though for such scammers are desperate for money by fooling people. |

I think it is possible and it is actually a big advantage for us to buy properties using our earnings through bitcoins. There are companies who have just started to accept bitcoin as a mode of payment and to transact. Instead of paying straight to their bank accounts , they also believe that bitcoin is a faster and an easier way. |

I agree on you to this because there were people that are hunting bitcoin sellers and actually some of them are willing to sell a house for bitcoin , i don't know if it can be build a house using the money from bitcoin but in the future it will be for sure. |
