Site was down but now ok its just for few minutes 

I don't know about others, but I wasn't able to reach site for few hours, it was offline. It would be nice if owner increase rewards for next few hours, because we wasn't able to claim from faucet.

Its working OK for me as I just lost my 15000 Satoshies  owner never increase rewards because some time its happen just because of service provider so just try your luck hope you will win big by yourself on this faucet

I remember that owner increased reward on time. But then site was down for half day or even more. But most important that faicet is working again and we can continue to claim.

Yes, they have fixed the each claim amount in dollars so if BTC prices are high then you will get less bitcoins and if BTC prices fall the automatically your claim amount will increase. It is auto setting, and I don't think they are doing it by manually.
