That is the problem of some gamblers they want to win more and get more profit so they stay longer in playing ang the end they lose a lot of there money.

Actually there is no other thing that you can do except more balance that you need of you do not have that much you should consider lowering your basebet. This is what can be done but it does not guarantee that you will keep always get on profit because this is gambling and you really need to have enough luck to bring you a great profit more over there is huge house edge on them which is you will busted sooner

the payout is depending from bitcoin price. As we know bitcoin still rise until now and that's make the payout keep lower. Back than, when bitcoin still around $300, min payout was +1k satoshis for each claim. You can invest your money too in their site for another option to grow your money (they are offering ~4% interest annually).

Afaik they use dollar as the main rate of their payout, it is fixed minimum at $0.02 and max $200. So you may get lower amount (in satoshi) when bitcoin price is high and you get higher amount when bitcoin price is down. Absolutely they may get more users if they give higher payout, but it may not be good for their financial condition.

They usually fix the price in USD, so if BTC price goes up, then your bitcoin amount will become small and smaller. If they increase the amount, then it may not be profitable to the site, so they will not increase it. But anyway all these faucet sites not worth for the time we spent to claim. You can use that time to earn better with other methods.

If you really need bitcoins there are other ways where you can get much larger amounts for barely any work. Like many new coins offers free airdrops or bounties by doing simple tasks. That and if your account is old enough you can do a signature campaign promotion.
