That's not a simple check. You are only looking at one players monthly volume.
Look at the history of the lottery results and then convert the prize amounts into USD at the exchange rate of the time and you'll see the prizes have increased.
We only show 10 days history on the stats page but if you had of kept notes you would see that daily volume wagered has decreased in BTC terms but increased in USD terms in the same period.

I told you that we did not change the lottery to compensate for the Lambo and you continue to argue that we did by using false logic. That's insulting me by inferring that I'm lying. That's exactly what he has been doing in these threads for the last year. Whether people are customers or not I'll give back as good as I get when someone does that.

I doubt freebitcoin got enough advertisement out of this. I mean they were already one of the most known casinos in the whole crypto world and certainly the biggest faucet out there by a large margin, how much new user could they actually get from something like this.

I think it will definitely pay out. Freebitco.in and its contest is literally covered in every larger crypto-blog or news site. I read even an article in a well known newspaper about the giveaway (can't find the link unfortunately). The amount someone needs to deposit isn't that much, so it's very appealing for users to deposit BTC to get golden tickets, additionally, they even earn interest for depositing funds.

The need to deposit funds is the most inhibiting threshold for new customers in my opinion. Once they have the funds at the site, it's very likely that they wager at least a small amount at games or bets.

I am too not feeling like they didn't make any marketing out of this, I am not even saying they didn't make any money out of it neither, I am just saying in the past months since this started, they didn't get 200 thousand dollars out of this most probably. Now they might have made some money, hell they might even make more than 200k from the people who came during this period as well, but at the end of the day I am just saying from start of the lambo lottery to end of it, they probably didn't make 200k from it.

Of course, it is marketing and some people came here hearing about the lambo and they stayed and even after lambo they will still be here and all that but that doesn't mean that people are actually paying that much money to buy all those tickets, maybe deposit and gain interest but not wagered millions to make freebitcoin profits at 200k range.

My highest ever was around 0.05% if I recall correctly too, and that was with me wagering really dangerously on nonstop auto (or rather setting max bets auto and repeating when it was over.

Ended up losing quite a bit, but recovered some from all the RPs converted to satoshi. Never won the lottery too and I keep seeing people win with a few hundred or thousand. There's that famous 2 ticket winner too!

There is no need to hold back on someone just because you are representing a casino, this is not even fully a casino, casino is a place people come to gamble and lose money, we literally have stuff that you can do without spending a single dime and earn money here. Aside from that if a person is an idiot, there is no other way around it but call him an idiot.

If you can't calculate that when bitcoin was 3k the price was bigger in btc but lower in usd whereas when its 10k the price is lower in btc but higher in dollars than you either don't know math at all or you literally want to just hurt this casino on purpose and here on this topic we do not allow neither of those things as the people who have been using this website for years. BTC price moved from 9600 to 10400 just yesterday very rapidly and between two points already well known.    That is 800 or 8% so speculating is always attractive in terms of gains vs just holding for interest but its alot less effort to just hold plus its very easy to get the speculation wrong.      I've always been a fan of staking coins because they give mining fees to holders, seems like a good system to me but thats not BTC, maybe Doge will go that way and I know ETH kinda has a system to give a % to big holders who operate a node.

Technically, you're correct. However, the actual win percentage is unknown before the draw because nobody knows how many tickets each of the ten winners will hold.

To be more precise, the caption should say something like: "minimum win percentage".

In a lot of cases, I would guess that the actual number isnt much higher then the displayed number.

For what its worth, I believe the lottery to be fair. But I can see why the perception otherwise can exist.

One possibility to help the situation might be if more prizes were paid out (hence, more likely to receive anecdotal confirmation.) Wouldnt even necessarily need an increase in the overall pot value either.

Fact that you and your friends haven't won anything isn't an argument. There is over 200 000 000 lottery tickets each week. Is it very likely that you or your friend with few hundreds tickets can win? And it's not so diicult to find posts, where people posted proofs that they had won in Freebitco.in lottery.
