At the current rate it's around $2 daily. And I agree with you that the BTC price can be 10-15 times higher than it is today, in the future.

I disagree. There are many of those who can't afford any investment at all, because they are living paycheck to paycheck, but most of them do have access to the Internet.

Even the one who are earning good, it is not possible for them spare money from their job and business and invest in bitcoins. If anyone think faucet amount is too low , they could join any bounty etc and do some skill to get some satoshi.

When i came to know about bitcoins, the first thing i did was faucets from FreeBitco.in and that was my first satoshi. I kept on doing a lot of faucets in the beginning. Many of those faucet site have ended or i have forgot about them, but i still have my account FreeBitco.in and i do login it sometimes and it takes me in the sweet memories of the past.

Its good reply in many countries Internet provider fees is very high and these faucets cannot fill this and PC is also not affordable in many places its just for very few in developing countries who can afford these things still in many places these faucets are not good enough for expenses.

Apparently India is one of the cheapest places on earth for mobile internet.   Western companies trying to break into an emerging market with 1 billion people and a majority of them under 30 are willing to outbid each other to the extent its barely profitable for them at present.   Perfect capitalism which is ironic as India has had problems with extreme regulation in the past, arguably still does.
    So the problem isnt the fees exactly but maybe infrastructure ( I dont think shanty towns have proper wiring or mobile phone masts) and certainly the ongoing standard of wages in the country and ability to purchase things like phones.     If can you afford the phone then you have a job, are busy doing that, the faucet thing is kinda of a null argument similar to everywhere.   Its just a bonus, mostly its always been this way and I can maybe remember 1000 sats or similar on a faucet but I think we're probably also talking about 300 or 400 dollars worth for BTC at the time and it was lower then that for ages.
   I kinda laugh when people moan about the price being down and I see we remain massively above 5000 and its not especially negative day to day.   I wouldn't mind the BTC price blipping down to 10 USD for an hour, I claim on the faucet twice maybe and then it rebounds right back up because the price was glitched like happened to major stocks once.  Dont think its happening but possibly its a good point about volatility, if we find ourselves falling to 3k or even 6k it would be a stretched type situation and quite probably temporary.

Yeah, I agree and disagree here.

But sometimes it isn't just about money really, but access.

Now imagine if you wanted to own a bit of bitcoin, where do you buy it from? An exchange? or P2P? What do you need? a bank account to transfer some funds, right? And identification maybe to be able to use the platform. A lot more difficult.

But if you had, maybe a cheap semi smartphone with a simple browser. And can access cheap or free internet, you need only click claim to get a bit of btc. Not much, but some. And in a few years maybe the few cents becomes a few dollars, or more. It's something!

super rich ? the prize isnt hundred  millions or billions on here  and regular claimers can only recieve small amount of tickets and thier chance of winning is still small but if they win i think they will be placed on lower numbers and only get consolacion prize .

Well, I wasn't talking about those who are starving, but rather about those who don't have spare money for any investment. According to World Hunger Statistics, "Some 795 million people in the world do not have enough food to lead a healthy active life." Probably these 800 million people indeed don't have internet access, but I bet over a billion of those who have, still can't afford buying Bitcoin, or gold, or anything else apart from bare necessities.

It is sad to see my country has higher cost internet costs than even the richest countries, we are a poor country yet our mobile plans are still at the rate of a big rich country like USA. India is doing it right because without competition the prices would have been super high there as well and most people would still get it, sure there would be some people who wouldn't but the overall profits would still have been higher thanks to no regulations and high prices.

If we are talking about a country where people are poor, everything should be super cheap, if we are talking about a country where people are richer than they should be expensive. Given the current price of bitcoin, 200,000 dollars is equal to 26 BTC. As the house edge is 5%, Freebitco needs 520 BTC to be wagered to earn those 26 bitcoins. According to statistics shown on the website, yesterday's wagering volume was 156 bitcoins. So it doesn't takes even a week to earn those 26 bitcoins.

We certainly didn't sell enough tickets to cover the cost. Last time I check 99.5% were given away. It's not possible to say for sure if it was profitable as the income is 5% of the increase in turnover caused by running the promotion. We have done well over the last 6 months but you can't know if that was due to the Lambo or other factors.
