Email, 2FA, and withdrawal pin (which is different from trading pin)... KuCoin has it, and some other exchanges definitely. I can't make a withdrawal without all three.

The more securities we have in the form of 2fa and passwords, the better it will be for us and difficult for the hackers to get our funds stolen by them. We do not have the withdrawal PIN in freebitco, i guess none of the gambling site has a withdrawal pin that we usually see in some reputed exchanges.

Newbies are making a shitshow again. If someone thinks that he has been cheated and has proof of it, he should open a topic in the scam accusation section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0. Without proof and a nice report, no one will believe what you write.

Everyone has the right to speak about if he thinks he has been scammed but there are certain limits and rules and where and how many times you should post and the repetition of the material. I think this thread is not for intensive spamming discussion of the scam accusation, that must be on the scam accusation thread. If someone is not following the rules, the ANN thread OPs have the right not to respond to them here.

What happened: over the month of April, I had made large deposits of $2,000 at least three times and made my way into the monthly wagering contest. As one of the top 10, I ended up winning the contest at number 7 for a total of $500. Upon winning I received an email confirming my victory

However, less than a couple minutes later I noticed that my balance was drained and set to zero and I had gotten an email stating that I had made a withdrawal request which I did not make. I didn't even have time to.

I did not confirm the withdrawal as in I did not click the link. Therefore, it should be sent back to my balance within an hour.
I immediately started to change my 2fa and my passwords to keep my account secure.

While in the meantime My unauthorized request was canceled because the hour had lapsed. And the money was put back into my account.

I also had changed my deposit address into my crypto.com  wallet and made that into my default address.

I tried to cash it out however it got sent to a totally different address supposably my Bitcoin wallet on freebitco.in and it happened to be my old address so I changed my default address yet it sent it to my old address which I don't know how it did that

Now since I enabled my 2fa. It made it so I no longer needed a to do a email confirmation before the deposit was sent so I never got a verification email.

However, I got a verification that the Bitcoin had been sent to this supposed old address which I never sent to. Furthermore, the balance never showed up.

Here is a screenshot of it being confirmed on the freebitco.in website saying that I got a deposit from myself, however it never showed up in my balance.

At that moment I was screwed. Here's a summary of what I think is going on.

Keep in mind that the owner of the website the Quinn fails to ever respond to problems his users face on his website. Here's the summary.


The 2fa thing is part of the scam.

They make a withdraw request which triggers the email.

As a result of an UN requested withdrawal the customer gets spooked and immediately changes there security settings in belief that this will help secure there account.

However, this is a trojan horse that that allows the  withdrawal confirmation request to be disabled.

Thus, the original attacker is able to capitalize on the ignorance of the individual who is thinking there securing there account by enabling there 2fa security measures.

Using fear to trap the individual into unknowingly let there defense down and be luted by either hackers or some one on the inside or backend of the freebitco.in site.

It's genius really but completely f***** up

Either way, security or no security measures anyone can be targeted rendering this website
Extremely dangerous for anyone who has a balance.

This happened to me the other day right after I had won the wagering contest 7th place $500.

We can speculate all we want as to whether or not the websites secure .

But the fact that the matter is there's a few of us that would like to get the hard-earned money that we won.

So we can keep talking about what's wrong with the website or we can discuss how we're going to make reparations to these individuals.

However, if it's an inside job, there's little chance for recovering the funds other than reporting to the FTC and financial crimes units.

Mr. Quinn in my opinion is either part of The problem by allowing this to happen or he's directly involved. Either way, he's guilty by association because he knows his website's faulty and he fails to do anything about it.

I too have made many successful withdrawals. I've never had issues previously. It is no coincidence that other winners of the wagering contest are having the same issue at the same time immediately after the contest results were known and the prizes distributed.

In mi case, I did not win any contest although the day before the robbery I bet a lot and I was possibly in the top 10. I did not click on any email because I did not receive any email and I have the problem on both: PC (Chrome, Brave, Edge) and on mobile (Chrome, Samsung) tested with and without wi-fi.

In fact, the page cookie shows correctly my deposit address but if I press the button "Deposit" on the page I see an address that is not the mine one and the mine one does not even appear in the old history.

I did a test with a friend that came to home on the same PC and same browser and he sees his data correctly so it is my account. Using the developer tools he does not see the cashtravel script and I do, as it seems to happen to all of us affected:

If any member feeling things are not working right so he needs to stop deposit because this can create problems for him so just try to wait for the update from the support in last few months we are having too many issues which are waiting to fix, but sadly support is not giving response as they needed which is creating mess-up but still good thing happening we are having all under control with mostly issues are resolving quickly but still its not right while anyone facing issues and still he is trying to go through with the site few days back @TheQuin was here but now again he is not around hopefully he will be back and give all updates about these issues which are creating problems for the members.

and they announced that "9 Days Left to Win a Lamborghini" in their tweet from Mar 29, 2024. So, it looks like it's 19 days today since the winner was determined. And no word about it neither from TheQuin, nor from freebitco.in PR. Not cool.

Unfortunately, it seems that periodic delays are becoming normal for Freebitcoin, and it isn't clear what this is related to and what is going on inside the Freebitcoin team. For comparison, if I'm not mistaken, the 9th round of the Lambo lottery ended on October 11, then the list of tickets and the winner's ID was published already on October 13, i.e. it took them only 2 days at that time.

That was really great of them. I hope this time it won't be taking much longer from now on.

I'm surprised too, but maybe he made a mistake when he wrote his message and he wanted to say the opposite instead? It works in the same way as you, for me. Except I receive a "payment" email once the withdrawal has been processed including a link towards the transaction, even when the 2FA option is enabled. So if a hacker manages to withdraw my funds to any address I would see it in my email box at least, even if it's too late to do something against it (if the system is still working normally though).

And not gonna be on (Freebitco) but on everywhere you are visiting and trying to copy-paste crypto addresses. You should check your device first and scanned them with ANTI-VIRUS, none of Freebitco was hacked. Basically, your device just got malware, If freebitco already hacked we already seeing a massive complain from all user while we are know freebitco have heavy user.

To tested, you can compared manually type your address not using copy-paste. I sure the address are not gonna to change, while the address will change using clipboard copy-paste + always double check with the address before you send transaction.

I have the same problem on different devices (different PCs and even mobile version).

- PC Chrome = fake address and cashtravel script.
- PC Brave = fake address and cashtravel script.
- PC Edge = fake address and cashtravel script.
- Mobile Chrome = fake address and cashtravel script.
- Samsung mobile = fake address and cashtravel script.

A friend came to my house, tried his account and on my same PC and he doesn't have the problem:

- PC Chrome = correct address and he does not have the script.
- PC Edge = correct address and does not have the script.
- Samsung mobile = correct address and does not have the script.

On the other hand, the address did not change. I have a screenshot just before pressing the Withdrawal button with the correct address, which was also entered by hand, not by copy&paste and the shipment was made to another address.

Also, how do you explain that the deposit address is still the false one (I have not done any copy&paste) and the script is there when another person on the same PC and with the same browser does not have that problem?

It was a targeted attack on users from the top 10 hi-low and I also became a victim among these participants and comrade Drazen2003 wrote everything as it really is. I have a similar problem with address substitution on my account and from any device (everything was checked for viruses), since the malicious code is sewn into the site by specific users from the top 10
