Anyway, there are a lot of people pissed off from freebitco.in right now. Do you have anything to say about the previous complaints and the scam few users faced recently.

Thank you for replying=). This is def a step in the right direction. It appears from what you posted it was an email backup? Ill be honest, if its that easy to cause all of this, thats not reassuring. If you want me and ill bet some others to trust you again, you def need to have support reply to us much sooner. I still have never had even one reply from any email ive ever sent to you.I would also personally need to know you have learned from this and,  do whats needed to not have an email backup cause this ever again. I would also like the Fun tokens i have locked to be unlocked so i can cash them out. I want to be completely free from freebitco.in for a while, then i will decide if i want to trust again. This is what i personally need to even consider depositing again. There are also other accusations of freebitco.in not being sustainable in the current btc climate. Idk if thats true, but those accusations and others about lottery cheating are floating around out there. I understand that these are only rumors and ill need to do research before i believe any of it. You have a lot of damage control to do. This one post wont be enough. Please continue to interact and update us as much as you can.

Please let us know what happens. Normally it only takes 1 confirmation to have it in your account. Maybe they have made it a higher threshold? They def need to make some changes and this may be one of them?

It is possible you might have forgotten the email address used to signup in the platform, it happens. If you can remember the email, they might send you recovering steps like every other platform do. I don't know if they have inactivity after which accounts will be archived, well you have to approach their support for help as they are the only option available.

Well, freebitco will keep serving gamblers for many more years, but this does not mean that we start trusting the site too much and keep a lot of money deposited. Even if the site is trusted, there are chances of hacks and other stuff, beyond the control of the gambling site and one should always keep such possibilities in mind. There is always some sort of risk when you are gambling at a centralized site.

No casino is perfect with absolute immunity from experiencing one or two issues happening, at least not regularly, what's important is how fast and responsive the y get to handle those issues when they do occur. I don't think any reputable casino like freebitco will intentionally want anything short of the positive to tamper with their renowned reputation they have built with the community throughout the years just like that.

It's a good one that they  freebitco have been able to take control of the issues and complains... Feel like I'm a fucking ghost trying to talk to the living here. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY THEY CAN'T JUST RESET THE EMAIL SYSTEM, START FROM SCRATCH OR EVEN TEMPORARILY INCREASE THE WAIT TIME. Great for all you ducks that use it all the time and have 2fa enabled and the right address but I haven't deposited funds to this site for years and it was supposed to be there for less than a fucking day. No one responds to posts, support emails, fucking nothing. Will NEVER come back to this site again, and mark my words this will happen again. As far as I understand, you manage a whole group of sites. Why do I have to register for each one again? Is it not possible to use the same account for all your casinos, which, as I understand it, differ only in the coin on which they operate? It seems inconvenient to me. I wanted to see your other casinos, but I was too lazy to register again every time.

I have to agree as Im a great fan of convenience, if you want to facilitate people flowing onto a site make it easy as possible to enter and sign up even casually.        With FBC I never took it seriously at first or anything BTC, I believe my original account was purely based off the cookie no proper details.  

I'm a great fan of Facebook despite hating Facebook purely because once you have an account you can login anywhere in a second without typing in endless drivel about yourself and its fast plus it remembers all the security for you.

Valve does it with steam for those type of sites and maybe a few other places, Twitter is also good for it but facebook is probably the most universal.  

I would also like to state that my transaction finally went through! Faith ~restored!

A tiny trickle of good news, I hope that leads to a flood of people able to say similar.
