The sad thing is that they are still active in the sense that they check here. The PR account keeps coming back, checked just a few days ago and was active and yet they do nothing about it. So they know that they are labelled as scam, and they do not care, and they are happy living a rich life. Not sure if this is theQuin's job or wetsuit but in the end both of them are criminals in my eye.

Nothing I can do about it of course, so they are going to get away with it, but I really wish someone who has enough capital and law experience to go after them because it would make me so happy to see them on trial for the harm they have done and money they have stolen. At my worst periods in life, they weren't here and I couldn't withdraw and had to take out a loan, so I will always pray bad things for them.

The hassle would be worth it for them if they offered that USDT instead of Bitcoin and at a rate which would be beneficial for them and in detriment of the capital of their clients. For example, they could come up with a official communication on their website saying they will refund in USDT, but at a rate of 50,000$ per Bitcoin.
Most people would feel outrage because that would be an abusive rate, but they are at the mercy of the administration of Freebitcoin, so there would not be any option, but to accept the rate and take whatever USDT they have to offer to the victims of this shit show.

Minman didn't say the PR said anything, the PR did not say anything or make any new announcement apart from the one they made last. What MinMan said was that the PR account often come online and possibly on this thread to check, read what is being discussed/talked about here but never say or post anything as a response.

This personally gives me the impression that they know what they are doing, they have planned this scam from a long time but were only waiting for the right time to execute it, and I personally feel for those who were caught up in their trap, it's really unfortunate and I honestly have a strong feeling that this their talks about allowing withdrawers for those who have funds to withdraw their money maybe nothing but them trolling the community here.

Bud, I am of the opinion that even if they end up disbursting 50 percent of the amount each user have on their account balance to each user respectively speaking, then it's still good because that this point, they can close the site, run away and no one will be able to do anything about it.

And you guys remember that old saying that " a half bread is better than no bread at all" right? And I ask, isn't it better to even get 50 percent of your money back than get nothing at all? Because to me, just as a living dog is better than a dead lion, 50 percent of our money back is better than 0 percent back, especially when we know that if they give nothing back and just disappear, we won't go after them since we don't know who they are and their location.

The saga will end soon after they disconnect their site from internet or find the buyer. I wonder if what they said can comes true but looking for what happens so far, I doubt they will pay all of their members.

Original owners of the Freebitcoin could have at least had the decency of allowing gamblers to know there was going to be a change of ownership on this casino, but I guess the new administration did not want people to know about it, which is shady as hell.

There should be a law in Curaçao a other popular gambling jurisdictions, so others of casinos and bookies are legally required to inform their costumers there would be a change of administration each time there is change of hands like the one Freebitcoin allegedly went through.

According to the research done by other members, BitDice may not have been sold or the new owners could have been part of the original team.

Based on this blockchan evidence, I believe that old management and new management are the same people or person.

I don't think new management was fictional but I think they worked together for atleast sometime. I unfortunately was never kept in the loop so I lack the details here.

This is similar to FreeBitco.in, who are still using the same Ethereum wallets and continued using some of the same Bitcoin wallets for some time even after people started saying they changed owners. Maybe some roles within FreeBitco.in and FUNtoken changed, but I still believe that either wetsuit or TheQuin are currently involved in what has been happening.

They are not active on this forum. As I understood, their Freebitco PR account has nothing to do directly with TheQuin and wetsuit because when there were lots of issues going for months, Freebitco PR account was still coming here and posting their promotions. Only months later, when lots of us were actively tagging Freebitco PR, she decided to inform the internal team about the ongoing issue. She works for PR only, she doesn't get involved into anything else. I guess, she only gets paid to post here and that's the only thing she focuses on.

It will be a good idea if people unite and fill a lawsuit against Freebitco. One person had partial success with FortuneJack who didn't back down and fight full but he still awaits payment from FortuneJack. I believe it will be hard to claim money from Freebitco because they are very unregulated and anonoymous compared to other casinos.

This is exactly what many of us have been saying since late 2023 the issue with freebitco began, fun token has no other source of getting value except through freebitco and their staking services, once the platform is gone for good, Fun token automatically becomes another version of a shitcoin it has always been before.

I also will advice those still holding to sell it, there is absolutely to need holding unto what is likely dead with no chances of survival, there are several other tokens in the market to shit to, or better still, choose bitcoin to minimize risk of ever having to lose money in the future like this again.

Looking at the daily wager leaderboards, and lotto tickets generated, clearly users are still active on their site. Now whether these users are unaware of the sites status, aware but just bored and keep playing, or these are bots, who’s to say. I would venture to guess the many of the still active user accounts are in fact offending users who have bots/scripts in place running without thought. Which would feed into their narrative of abuse. That said, I still believe they are full of shit overall and stalling the inevitable disappearing act and hoping by that point many of the vocal and action taking users have given up or lost interest. When criminals or fraudsters see that their actions do not result in any punishment, they... continue doing what they were doing! As far as I understand, at the moment, there are no risks or problems for the owners of the resource that would force them to change anything. They just smile as they watch these discussions and... continue to collect and steal other people's money.
 Sometimes, when they are in a good mood, they may write some news, for example on the website, and watch with smiles for a long time as everyone gets excited that something is happening, and at the same time, it is very important for fraudsters that their victims DO NOTHING that could create problems for the fraudsters.
