When your bot was placing bets, did you check the server seed before the bet and after the bet? Was the system fair or not? Do you know how many times the number 10,000 came up out of 45,500,000 bets?

Fair as I can say, I even provided my own client seed with whatever char/digit I like. I don't check every bet placed, only randomly and stop it after knowing it was fair. I don't check 10,000 but did 8888, sometime it was less than 5000 rounds, other time more than 20000 rounds before seeing one, I didn't do it for all 45mil...to much data to save (to a txt file)  that would slow down my bot.

(45,000,000 bets / 20 = 2,275,000 sheets * 6 KB = 13,650,000 KB / 1024 = 13,330 MB / 1024 = 13.017 GB)

It may be worth mentioning that freebitco no longer shows the deposit address to users and if you click deposit button, you will see a message regarding freebitco's closure, instead.
Unless someone use the old addresses without clicking the "deposit" button, there is no way to send funds to freebitco.

I withdrew most of mine last year, but I still have some pending withdrawal (around $500 worth). I've not screenshotted yet (site is still up and withdrawal still showing as pending + my balance showing as correct), but maybe I will, I don't believe we will see our Bitcoin, but I'd love to be proven wrong.

After what they have done over the months and completely lost trust of their most loyal users, I perfectly understand why you believe that you may never see the BTC again. In fact I am one of the folks who believes that the good years of FreeBitco.in are way past us.
If they were committed in returning the funds to the users, they should have made updates on what is going on and what they do plan to do several months back in order to calm down the users by the never did. I have around $500 pending. Last year I had 5 figures, but I got into a debate/argument with Quinn about their contingency plan should anything happen to him and wetsuit. He was very cagey and arrogant about it, and at that point I lost all confidence and withdraw the vast amount from there immediately. I've been a member with these guys for over a decade and have over 8,000 referrals, so this used to be a big earner for me, it's a real shame it's come to this.

They already knew they were going to cease operation at this time even before this whole thing started, and I would say that its been their intention all along to cater away with funds belonging to their users since they will have to possibly depend on that money for the rest of their lives when they finally shut everything down on this site.

A good business that wants to shut down and doesn't want to scam their users doesn't start by actually scamming them, they start by announcing that they will be shutting down at so so time, and all users are expected to have withdrawn all their money on their site by that time.

When they announced the shutdown, they did it to buy time for their fraud. No one in their right mind would shut down a website, because in the case of a full shutdown they would have to pay out 100% of user funds, whereas during normal operation the withdrawal load clearly cannot be 100% of users’ balances. My theory is that they saw someone was getting close to discovering their true identity, but to buy time to hide and erase everything about them, they must have created the strategy of telling people that they would return all their money. This way, the people investigating them would relax and wait for payments, but after 2 or 3 months they would see that they hadn't paid anything, and when they resumed investigating who owned the site, they wouldn't find anything about them.

It's clear to me that this is their strategy. Look at this thread as an example; until a few days ago, the conversation was about how to find the owners of this site, and people were posting information about possible owners, but after the site was announced, the conversation in this thread completely changed to talking about payments.
