After 11 months of inactivity, FreeBitco.in’s hot wallet finally woke up. It wasn’t to pay pending FUN withdrawals, they simply transferred their remaining ETH to a new wallet. ...
Their larger wallet, which used to hold over $125 million in FUN, WBTC, and ETH, up until those funds were transferred to exchanges around the time the site’s problems started, also became active again. They claimed around $40,000 in rewards earned from lending, which they swapped to ETH that was then converted to BTC.
Okay, do you think there’s even the slightest chance that this move will miraculously lead to them processing the withdrawals, or are they just trying to cash out? After what we’ve seen over the last couple of years, I’m convinced it’s the latter, but let’s see if you or anyone else has any indications that a miracle might happen and they’ll finally pay what they owe. If we start to see several transactions with small amounts of Bitcoin going to different addresses, then it could be an indication of them actually paying something of what it is due to their costumers and gamblers. Otherwise, I am afraid this is just them continuing with their slow motion Cash-out, as they keep their service "open", so more money can flow in. Currently, they have more reasons to keep scamming people off their money than redeeming themselves and fully refund all deposits, bot even mention that they probably don't even have enough liquidity for full refunds...

There's no justification for this. No cancer or other illness, no nothing. YOU SHOULD NOT STEAL OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY. That's it. It's that simple. Not sure they will release news or announcement here or in the site. They don't tells anything here about the situation and keep silent so many people who get the scams pray for the worst thing to creators and owners. We can only hopes the authority catch them and punish them and refund the members money. I only found deprecated ones from FBTC. Can you link those directly please? I want to do some digging into history and all. Curious as to if people are still feeding them money.

0x12D4017F232ebb4327e8e0082Ed4337084bF2e84 was their hot wallet where they paid FUN withdrawals from. 0x99E2AE3dD7fDb5684950176551911d19D55dFCaB was their reserve wallet where they kept most of their token holdings. You will have to label them manually if you want to keep track of them or see their past activity. I doubt they’ll be using them any longer after they cleaned out what little remained.

As of right now, they are out of reach: I wouldn't say, I pray for something happened to them, but I surely wouldn't mind. I mean, they deserve it. What did you mean about "they deserve it"? If they decided to close their service, without any announcement for service closure and without any time window for remaining users to withdraw money, it's terrible from their operations. I don't think anything like "they deserve it" here, and only Freebitco.in users suffer a lot of pain from this sudden service closure. I remember that, at the beginning of this whole affair, so last year, they closed the site like now and everyone thought they had done an exit scam directly. But then after about 10 days the site returned online again. I'm not defending them, also because I'm among the scammed, since there were still 1000 eur on my wallet, I'm just trying to have a hope although small.
People were lucky in the past as after that Freebitco.in came back online and it was still possible to withdraw their money and leave the casino. Unfortunately some people have still stayed with this site and if this time there is no operation return, they will lose their money. There are abundant warnings and enough time to withdraw money since two or three latest years and it's surprising if people wasted all such time and opportunity to secure their funds.

Even if it is true the person behind Freebitcoin is well connected and holds diplomatic immunity, it does not mean they cannot be prosecuted. Diplomatic immunity is not universal, it only applies to diplomats on foreign soil. The diplomat can still be prosecuted in their homeland of there is probable cause and an indictment. Though, it is obvious that person will use all his political and diplomatic connections to never face justice if they can avoid to. Besides of that, I agree with you, there is no reason for Freebitcoin to start processing withdrawals now.

This website that later became a casino were seen as a good casino for several years until they had a change in management which I suspect that may have been the reason why the new management decided to be scamming old and new players to become an exit scam.

It was possible to earn 0.02$ or 20$ from the faucet, although hardly ever it happened (once in a lifetime being quite active). 200$ I've never seen. I also don't understand why they turned into a scam, because the business was quite profitable for them.
Throughout the years there was several users who won $200 and come here to post about it. One of them was high ranked member https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1650605.msg16583871#msg16583871There is no reason for them to process withdrawals. Correct me if I'm wrong - this scammer is Honorary consul in one of Asian countries and as far as I know they only have limited diplomatic immunity. I don't know all details, but their immunity is only related to his consul work. They don't have immunity from private actions like financial crimes, criminal acts, traffic accidents and etc. This website is not accessible again and I don't know the reason for this but I believe they are already filled with enough scam money so it's time for them to disappear and give a byebye notice to the crownd they have successfully scammed.
Not first time already - once they were down for quite some time, but returned after it.

I haven't been following what's been going on in this thread or the situation surrounding freebitcoin for quite some time now. But as I understand it, there haven’t been any improvements since the beginning of this year. If anything, things have gotten even worse, since their website is down. So, I think those who lost money at this casino should come to terms with the fact that they’re unlikely to ever get their money back. Nevertheless, if there’s an opportunity to file a complaint, it’s certainly worth doing so, even if it’s just a formality.

This website that later became a casino were seen as a good casino for several years until they had a change in management which I suspect that may have been the reason why the new management decided to be scamming old and new players to become an exit scam.
The website is down every once in a while, could be something in the script where a simple server reset or something like that solves the problem: The owner does notice it after a while and then he does this reset or simple fix and then the site is back live. It's not worth it for them to leave the site down like this, wanna know why? Check this out from GSC = Google Search Console: Check out how many visitors we got to FreeBitcoin.io because they went down, it happens each time their site goes down - so you can rest assured, they will want to bring their site back live. That's tons of traffic (almost 300 clicks a day!)

This website is not accessible again and I don't know the reason for this but I believe they are already filled with enough scam money so it's time for them to disappear and give a byebye notice to the crownd they have successfully scammed. Hopefully, the site will not online again after this. But I am worry if what @Get-Paid.com said happened later and the owner just waiting for the situation calming down. The owner may relaunch the site and trying to attract attention from new people who don't know the track record of the site. We don't know what makes the old owner sold the site which bring them big profit for a long time. If the site could not accessible forever and the owner abandon the site, that reduce the scam site but that doesn't stop from another new scam site launch.

I checked again, and it turns out the site is partially accessible after all. A 502 error still occurs when you try to visit https://freebitco.in/. However, if you try to access individual pages, such as https://freebitco.in/static/html/one_click_signup_new.html, https://freebitco.in/site/, or https://freebitco.in/site/blogs, they remain accessible, though the CSS and JS on these pages are not working properly. I believe this behavior indicates a partial failure in the site's server infrastructure, which, it seems, no one is in a hurry to fix.

Maybe this is the official closure of their site and maybe they decide to end everything then to run. But since there's there's nothing to hope on them, they don't have clear info towards their refund process and they have lots of excuse.
This unavailability of their site is a reminder that people should start to move on from this casino. Its painful yeah since no one wants to lose their money, but this is the reality when they are dealing with scammers.
So people need to be more careful next time and don't deposit huge money on casinos or maybe on third party platforms.
This is not a very promising situation. Unfortunately. The site remains unavailable and there is no word on refunds. So it's no wonder that many people have lost confidence in FreeBitco.in. While it may be unlikely you will recover the money. It is better to make a complaint or try to recover anything that can be done. Hopefully this will be a cautionary tale for all don't have a lot of money sitting in a platform. And always take risks into account before sending big money.

No word on refund has been like this since August last year, there was just a note they posted on their site but it's meaningless. Regarding the site being unavailable - that's actually "good", it's showing you no one touches the site, at best once the owner of the site realizes the site is down he will just restart the server and that error message will disappear. The thing is he doesn't care about the site anymore and there is no way to reach out to him, so it's only a matter of time until and if he notices his site is down. But other than that, don't expect the owner to do anything beyond it. PS we warned members over 2 years ago about this back in March 2024 whilst the site was fully active and people called us lunatic for saying the site will fail: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5487189.0
