How do you know if it is a scam?

Notice their Future plans because sometimes it is too good to be true .
and it is very hard to notice if the ICO/Bounty is scam Nowadays.
because they are good in fooling people/investors.
i encountered too many situations like that like ICO price is High then the exchanger price is very low even if you
hold it for a long time.
try to research and sometime try to rely on some Ads popping up on your Webpage.
sometimes they are good ICO.

I want to say, I went to check into their website and of course the team. You have to pay attention to the team when they have a team that can be trusted and transparent maybe you can continue with that gift. And but still, rely only on luck, the market is very young and there will be scammers

How do you know if it is a scam? Because I have encountered a bounty that let me finish all the translations first and didn't respond to me after I have passed it. I hope bounties will not be like this anymore because they demand and we did our part but they didn't do theirs. I hope you could answer my question.
Well first of all check first the appearance of the page if the page was not attractive then we might say that it was a scam because minimal effort is inserted next is when the facilitator of the campaign have a low rank because they skill was and experience was not quite good enough to did a campaign I'm not underestimating them but we need to be practical next if the spread sheet is updating weekly because if it was not updating then it was a scam the things that you have was only for nothing.

to reduce the risk level of scam, I suggest you to join the bounty of the famous manager, such as sylon, needmoney, wapinter, colorlesk and others. That's not to say safe from scam, but at least minimize the scam level

You just need to see if the money manager is working with the new form, and if they are working, the reward is not a scam.

I believe that to identify a Scam is not difficult. Most of the Scam projects are visible immediately. The rest of the manifest, if you observe them for a week or a little more. So I'm in no hurry to buy tokens, even if the project is like.

The easiest way to realize that a bounty is a scam is to check out its whitepaper. You can always distinguish a bad quality whitepaper of a good one. Also, check out the team of the project

It is hard to know a bounty is a scam or not. But there are some points I judge a bounty. Bounty volumes, numbers of followers, team mumbers, projects and whitepapers.

What I check to know a bounty that is not scam is team, manager, roadmap. Bounty manager must be well known he must have done some successful project before.

I experience a bounty that get scammed before that's why I observed that the team of the scammed bounty compares to a bounty that are not scammer is they don't have a responsible team who can't answer all the questions that the participants ask to them. While the bounty that are not scammer their team is more responsible in question that ask by the people who participated their bounty.

Yes, I have known members here who were scammed by their bounty managers and I really felt sorry for them. There are many factors to consider in order to find out whether the bounty campaign is legit or scam. You will notice this once you have read the thread for the bounty campaign, it should be well organized and clear instructions so members could follow easily. They also have legit website meaning it should be professionally made and on their site they should have a road move in their goals. Lastly, do not believe a too good to be a true reward and it should have a respectable bounty manager with a decent rank and merit in order to be trusted.

all depends not on the bounty, and not on the managers of the bounty, but on the ICO if it is a benches, then of course you will not be paid.

Though sometimes the manager is also a victim of getting scam so regardless of who you are if scam will really strikes you then it will be.
Good thing there's some manager are honest as they'll tell the truth in the participants and don't hide shady actions because at the end of the day no one wants to get scammed.

You're right. Completeness with you is in agreement. The manager may himself be a victim of moss. It happens even so that the manager recognizing the Oskama does not tell the participants and simply throws the project.

Perhaps the most obvious part of ICO scams is when you couldn't see the team members profile on the internet or if you can detect something wrong with their personal data. Also they would often ask for you to share a given amount to trick you into investing for what you are promised to received which a very huge amount of money in tokens. These are what I commonly have observed as posted by victims or would be victims on forums or on other the internet sites.

It all depends on the intellect of the person who chooses the bounty. If he is naive and believes in fairy tales, then it is useless to analyze. On the other hand, failure in the company can happen with a shortage of funds as it was with IronBlock https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2521066.0. I do not even know whether this situation should be considered a scum.
